Questions
have been aked concerning: "But of the tree of
the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day
that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
"Did
Eve try to change GOD'S commandment concerning the tree of the knowledge
of good and evil?" "Did Eve lie to the serpent?"
"Was
Eve in physical lust?" Was she in spiritual lust for knowledge,
wisdom, and eternal life?"
--------------------------------------------------
Eve
did not change anything. She was an "innocent", with no
ability to lie...no knowledge nor understanding of untruths, nor/neither,
what gain an untruth might bring forth. She had no appreciation
for the art of deception.
None of YHVH'S children, who have come through this earth age, or, as
Adam and Eve created as adults, from the elements of this earthly
dimension, were born with the ability to "lie". All
were "born in innocency".
"Telling an untruth" is a learned behavior. And, neither Adam
nor Eve were supplied, from YHVH, with the knowledge concerning the use
of "deception".
Eve, and then Adam, had never experienced "deception",
"lies", and "twisting of the truth", until Satan,
the great deceiver presented himself unto them and tempted them. Satan,
who has full knowledge, was easily able to manipulate these two
"innocents" through lies, deception, and the twisting of
words.
YHVH did the following, and commanded Adam:
Gen 2:15-17
15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to
dress it and to keep it.
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the
garden thou mayest freely eat:
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt
not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely
die. KJV
Let us look closer at that which YHVH commanded Adam, alone, (Eve having
not yet been brought forth from Adam's DNA).
"But of the tree of the knowledge of
good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest
thereof thou shalt surely die."

This would be correctly translated:
"But
of the tree of" ...
OT:6086
`ets (ates); from OT:6095; a tree (from its firmness); hence, wood
(plural sticks):
KJV - carpenter, gallows, helve, pine, plank, staff, stalk, stick,
stock, timber, tree, wood.
`atsah (aw-tsaw'); a primitive root; properly, to fasten (or make firm),
i.e. to close (the eyes):
KJV - shut.

This "tree" speaks of a
specific 'entity', Satan.
YHVH uses analogies, so that only those who desire to Love HIM and seek
HIS Truth, will be able to understand.
We were given examples and hints concerning the analogies HE makes use
of within HIS HOLY Word, throughout HIS Word.
Such as, concerning a "tree" being in reference unto a
man, a specific individual, or a family.
We can see an example of this particular analogy in Mark.
Mark 8:22-25
22 And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and
besought him to touch him.
23 And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town;
and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked
him if he saw ought.
24 And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees,
walking.
25 After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him
look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.
KJV
"I
see men as trees, walking"
The "blind man"
was healed, by YAHSHUA, in such a way, that he was made able to first
"see" into the spiritual realm of the heavenly dimension. And,
afterward, YAHSHUA touched "again upon his eyes" and the
healed blind man was then able to see earthly flesh men of this
dimension, clearly.
Now, back to that verse translated as "But
of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it:
for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.".
"the knowledge of "
OT:1847

KJV - acknowledge, acquaintance (-ted with), advise, answer, appoint,
assuredly, be aware, [un-] awares, can [-not], certainly, comprehend,
consider, could they, cunning, declare, be diligent, (can, cause to)
discern, discover, endued with, familiar friend, famous, feel, can have,
be [ig-] norant, instruct, kinsfolk, kinsman, (cause to let, make) know,

to, prognosticator, regard, have respect, skilful, shew, can (man of)

"good"....This
is not a common noun, but a Proper Name, originally written "Towb", which is a title and attribute of The
Creator, YHVH. This is in reference unto the Originator of
"goodness", YHVH.
OT:2896
towb (tobe); from OT:2895; good (as an adjective) in the widest sense;
used likewise as a noun, both in the masculine and the feminine, the
singular and the plural (good, a good or good thing, a good man or
woman; the good, goods or good things, good men or women), also as an
adverb (well):
KJV - beautiful, best, better, bountiful, cheerful, at ease, fair
(word), (be in) favour, fine, glad, good (deed, -lier, -liest, -ly,
-ness, -s), graciously, joyful, kindly, kindness, liketh (best), loving,
merry, most, pleasant, pleaseth, pleasure, precious, prosperity, ready,
sweet, wealth, welfare, (be) well ([-favoured]).
OT:2895
towb (tobe); a primitive root, to be (transitively, do or make) good (or
well) in the widest sense:
KJV - be (do) better, cheer, be (do, seem) good, (make) goodly, please,

"and evil" ... Satan is the
spoiler, the corruptor. This was originally written "waaraa`",
which would be more properly translated "with
evil" rather than "and evil".
Although, it is representative of that which Satan became ...evilness,
it was not written in the upper case, nor is it a proper name, but an
attribute (the first of it's kind).
Therefore, this specific "tree",
Satan, knew both 'the way of YHVH (that which is of HIS Presence)
"along with evilness", which is a corruption.
"and evil" ... "with
evil"
OT:7451
ra` (rah); from OT:7489; bad or (as noun) evil (natural or moral):
KJV - adversity, affliction, bad, calamity, displease (-ure), distress,
evil ([-favouredness], man, thing), exceedingly, great, grief (-vous),
harm, heavy, hurt (-ful), ill (favoured), mark, mischief (-vous),
misery, naught (-ty), noisome, not please, sad (-ly), sore, sorrow,
trouble, vex, wicked (-ly, -ness, one), worse (-st), wretchedness,
wrong. [Incl. feminine ra` ah; as adjective or noun.].
OT:7489
ra` a` (raw-ah'); a primitive root; properly, to spoil (literally, by
breaking to pieces); figuratively, to make (or be) good for nothing,
i.e. bad (physically, socially or morally):
KJV - afflict, associate selves [by mistake for OT:7462], break (down,
in pieces), displease, (be, bring, do) evil (doer, entreat, man),
showself friendly [by mistake for OT:7462], do harm, (do) hurt,
(behaveself, deal) ill, indeed, do mischief, punish, still, vex, (do)
wicked (doer, -ly), be (deal, do) worse.
OT:7462
ra` ah (raw-aw'); a primitive root; to tend a flock; i.e. pasture it;
intransitively, to graze (literally or figuratively); generally to rule;

FATHER'S Word illustrates this "corruption", which speaks of
the combining of YHVH (GOODNESS) "with evilness".
James 3:12
12 Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine,
figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh. KJV
To be a "fountain" of
YHVH'S HOLY Truth, one can not spout forth waters which are fresh, and
at the same time of salt.
The salt will corrupt the fresh, whereby all the water spouted forth
becomes salty.
Satan's use of the fresh water (of YHVH) along with his salted water,
causes the waters to become unfit to drink.
"not"
OT:3808
lo' (lo); or low' (lo); or loh (Deut 3:11) (lo); a primitive particle;
not (the simple or abs. negation); by implication, no; often used with

"in
the day that" ... "in the
that day" ... "bªyowm"
OT:3117
yowm (yome); from an unused root meaning to be hot; a day (as the warm
hours), whether literal (from sunrise to sunset, or from one sunset to
the next), or figurative (a space of time defined by an associated
term), [often used adverb]:

It is important that we rightly divide these words.
The Hebrew to English translators did not convey the essence of that
which had originally been written.
The KJV (English translation) used the following translation within this
scripture: "in the day that".
Their translation is not really accurate.
It originally reads, in the Hebrew, "in
the that day",
"bªyowm".
"in the" (bª)
... "in the" would be
better translated "within the"
, with the word "the" being
specific
The words "that day" (yowm)
are also specific, specifying and in reference to a particular period of
time and/or frame of reference.
[ within the ... that day]
What is this specific period of time and frame of reference?
Through these first three chapters of Genesis, a "day" was in
reference to a thousand year period of time.
A thousand years on the earth, is one day in heavenly time.
2 Peter 3:8
But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with
the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. KJV
"thou eatest" ... ("you
consume or partake") ...
{ 'akaalkaa }
OT:398
'akal (aw-kal'); a primitive root; to eat (literally or figuratively):
KJV - at all, burn up, consume, devour (-er, up), dine, eat (-er,
up), feed (with), food, freely, in ... wise (-deed, plenty), (lay) meat,
quite.

"thereof" ... same word and
definition translated as "of it".
OT:4480
min (min); or minniy (min-nee'); or minney (constructive plural)
(min-nay'); (Isa 30:11); for OT:4482; properly, a part of; hence

These both have the same definition and root word.
"thou shalt surely"
OT:4191
muwth (mooth); a primitive root: to die (literally or figuratively);
causatively, to kill:
KJV - at all, crying, (be) dead (body, man, one), (put to, worthy
of) death, destroy (-er), (cause to, be like to, must) die, kill, necro
[-mancer], must needs, slay, surely, very suddenly, in [no] wise.

Let us put this verse together properly.
"Uwmee`eets hada`at Towb waaraa` lo'
to'kal mimenuw kiy bªyowm 'akaalkaa mimenuw mowt taamuwt "
"But of the tree of (Satan:
his individual body, soul, and spirit)
the knowledge (complete understanding)
of Good (GOD,
YHVH) with evilness (Satan,
who had been created in the full sum and image of YHVH with great power,
which was perverted by his freewill desire of committing transgression
and evilness against YHVH, as Satan attempted to usurp YHVH'S Ultimate
Power and Kingdom of YHVH'S children),
not you shall partake of it (he,
Satan, and anything which pertains to Satan:
his individual body, soul, and spirit),

result and consequences being)
within that specific 1,000 year period, wherein you partake of Satan,
you shall, without doubt, cease to live."
"To live" is to be of YHVH, Who is "Everlasting
Life". "To die" is to be of Satan, who is
"death".

neged (neh'-ghed); from OT:5046; a front, i.e. part opposite;
specifically a counterpart, or mate; usually (adverbial, especially with
preposition) over against or before:
KJV - about, (over) against, aloof, far (off), from, over, presence,
other side, sight, to view.
OT:5046
nagad (naw-gad'); a primitive root; properly, to front, i.e. stand
boldly out opposite; by implication (causatively), to manifest;
figuratively, to announce (always by word of mouth to one present);
specifically, to expose, predict, explain, praise:
KJV - bewray, certainly, certify, declare (-ing), denounce, expound,

Eve was this "help meet",
counterpart, whose earthly flesh body was created from Adam's DNA.
Yet, Eve had her own specific, unique soul and spirit.
Gen 2:21-25
21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept:
and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman,
and brought her unto the man.
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh:
she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall
cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not
ashamed. KJV
"and were not ashamed"
"and not" ... "

"were ashamed" ... " yitªboshaashuw

OT:954
buwsh (boosh); a primitive root; properly, to pale, i.e. by implication
to be ashamed; also (by implication) to be disappointed or delayed:
KJV - (be, make, bring to, cause, put to, with, a-) shamed (-d), be (put

They were not confounded, confused, nor did they cause disappointment.
They were "innocents", without knowledge or comprehension of
these things.
Now lets look closer at the temptation and accomplished deception by
Satan, the "tree of the knowledge of
Good and evil".
Gen 3:1-24
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the
LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye
shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
Satan asks a question of Eve,
concerning YHVH'S instructions, "Yea,
hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?"
What did YHVH command Adam concerning the "trees" in
the garden?
"And the LORD God commanded the
man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But
of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it:
for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
What did Eve answer unto this "serpent"
("prognosticator", "fortune teller",
"diviner")?
"Now the serpent"
... "Wªhanaachaash"
OT:5175
nachash (naw-khawsh'); from OT:5172; a snake (from its hiss):
KJV - serpent.
OT:5172
nachash (naw-khash'); a primitive root; properly, to hiss, i.e. whisper
a (magic) spell; generally, to prognosticate:
KJV - certainly, divine, enchanter, (use) enchantment, learn by
experience, indeed, diligently observe.

What or whom was Eve
speaking unto?
Did she know this individual entity (translated into the English as
"the serpent")
was Satan?
Did she know, or possess the ability, to recognize this prognosticator
as a false fortune teller (false prophet)?
Remember, Eve was "an innocent", without remembrance of the
1st or 2nd Heavenly ages or dimensions.
Eve did not have the knowledge nor ability to comprehend who this entity
was or had been.
Innocently, she
answered this individual (described in this analogy, within the
scriptures, as "the
serpent").
Gen 3:
2 And the woman said
unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God
hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye
die.
Let us read this as
it was originally written.
Gen 3:2-3
"Wato'mer
haa'ishaah 'el- hanaachaash Mipriy `eets- hagaan no'keel"
"Uwmipriy

"And said
the woman unto the serpent, of the fruit of
the trees of the garden: We may eat"
"But of the fruit of
the tree which is in the midst of the garden,
hath said, God, not Ye shall eat of it,
neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die."
Again, with whom is
Eve having this conversation? An individual who was likened (for our
benefit, and our understanding) unto "the serpent".
Did she possess the
knowledge to ascertain who he was, at that point in time?
No, for this entity appeared to be an individual 'man'. And, she
was not yet acquainted with falsehoods or deception.
---
What was the
question "the
serpent" asked
Eve?
"Now the
serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God
had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall
not eat of every tree of the garden?"
What did YHVH instruct
Adam?
"And the LORD
God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest
freely eat:"
But of the tree
of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the
day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
What did Eve respond
when asked that question by this 'man' (described, for our
understanding, in the scriptures as "the serpent")?
"And said
the woman unto the serpent, of the fruit of
the trees of the garden: We may eat"
"But of the fruit of
the tree which is in the midst of the garden,
hath said, God, not Ye shall eat of it,
neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die."
Was that which YHVH instructed Adam the same response as Eve gave unto
the man (described in the analogy as "the serpent")?
"of the fruit of"
and "But of the fruit of"
OT:6529
periy (per-ee'); from OT:6509; fruit (literally or figuratively):

Basically, Eve did
respond with the essence of that which YHVH instructed Adam.
In fact, she was
more precise in her interpretation, understanding, and response.
Not only did she comprehend "Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat",
with the exception of "the
tree of the knowledge of good and evil"
(as was spoken unto Adam by YHVH), but also the "rewards"
or "penalty"
corresponding accordingly to each "tree"
(individual entity within this heavenly dimensional protected place).
Was Eve conversing with one of these "trees"?
Was she partaking of "the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and
evil"?
No, she was conversing with an entity (a man). Yet, she did not
possess the ability to comprehend that this "man"
(referenced and identified, unto us, as "the serpent") as being the same entity as "the tree
of the knowledge of good and evil".
"Now the
serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field
which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God
said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?"

Gen 3:
4 And the serpent said
unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall
be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
Who conversing with
Eve?
"the serpent "
who "was more
subtil than any beast of the field"
What did this man likened unto a serpent, one who is more subtil
than any other entity in or on this world, say unto Eve?
He told her that she and Adam would be as the 'Elohiym. The same
'ELohiym who were the "trees"
in the garden, whom YHVH allowed Adam and Eve access unto.
He told them that they would have great knowledge and power as did these
'Elohiym.
Satan, in his disguise, likened unto "the
serpent", made
use of deception, and a twisting of YHVH'S Word of Truth.
What do YHVH'S servants desire, even today?
Do they desire wisdom, in order to better serve YHVH?
But, is it time for all HIS servants to fully comprehend HIS entire Word
of Truth?
YHVH'S 'Elohiym were created with great power and great wisdom.
And, all of HIS 'Elohiym who remained loyal unto YHVH (when Satan
attempted to overthrow YHVH'S Kingdom), would never come through this
earth age, in earthly flesh. They have never had need to overcome death,
because they never came against YHVH, their Creator.
Satan, in his role and disguise as "the serpent", tempted Eve, and then later, Adam with great power and
knowledge.
But, Eve and Adam were intended to come through this earth age, in
earthly flesh.
They were not created as 'Elohiym, therefore, they could not become
'Elohiym.
Could these two "innocents" comprehend this?
Can YHVH'S servants, in this earth today, comprehend that which is of
YHVH'S 'Elohiym and that which is meant for HIS servants who HE has
determined have need to come through this earth age?
FATHER knows that we, who have had need to come through in earthly
flesh, are not able to handle correctly the great knowledge and power
which HIS 'Elohiym possess.
Why?
Because earthly flesh is weak. (But, it was the only way that we could
learn to appreciate YHVH'S emotions, HIS Laws, and the resulting rewards
or consequences.)
Therefore, it is YHVH'S HOLY SPIRIT who will have need to have complete
control of HIS servant's minds and bodies, in the time of the 2nd
Baptism.
Gen 3:
6 And when the woman saw
that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes,
and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit
thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he
did eat.
"And
when the woman saw that the tree was good for food"
What "tree"?
The "tree of
the knowledge of good and evil".
In other words, the "serpent" was no longer in the sight of
Eve.
The "tree of
the knowledge of good and evil" was seen through her eyes. Satan stood before her.
Did she recognize Satan, this "tree" as
the same individual who was called "the
serpent"?
Can YHVH'S children recognize Satan in his various roles?
The majority of the people shall not be able to distinguish the difference
between YAHSHUA, JESUS CHRIST and the spurious "Jesus",
Satan, disguised as the Savior.
Satan appeared so beautiful, and showed forth his great wisdom and all
that he could offer unto them (made in the full sum after YHVH), that
they were tempted. Eve partook, and then Adam joined into these acts.
Eve and Adam were tempted and given the opportunity to understand and
comprehend through Satan.
FATHER created them, in their earthly form, to be "innocent".
It was no surprise unto YHVH that Satan would be able to corrupt these
two "innocents".
Even in heaven (1st Heaven age), when all of YHVH'S Original Creation
had freewill and unencumbered ability to learn, there were two-thirds
(2/3rds) of YHVH'S Creation who turned their backs on YHVH and/or aided
Satan in his attempt to overthrow YHVH'S Kingdom.
Remember, there is no new thing under the sun....
What did Eve and
Adam learn and experience?
Things which were bad and things which were good.
They were no longer "innocent", therefore, FATHER could begin
holding them "responsible" for all their acts, both good and
bad.
With wisdom, often comes great sorrow.
Not until Eve and, then Adam, partook of Satan, were they guilty of any
sin.
They were "innocent" until that time. Therefore, until that
time, Eve and Adam had no comprehension of falsehoods or of anything
which constituted sin.
Gen 3:
7 And the eyes of them
both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig
leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the
cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence
of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
Gen 3:
9 And the LORD God
called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?
10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid,
because I was naked; and I hid myself.
11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of
the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave
me of the tree, and I did eat.
13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast
done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this,
thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field;
upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of
thy life:
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy
seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his
heel.
16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy
conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire
shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of
thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying,
Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow
shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt
eat the herb of the field;
19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto
the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto
dust shalt thou return.
20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of
all living.
21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins,
and clothed them.
22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to
know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also
of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to
till the ground from whence he was taken.
24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of
Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the
way of the tree of life. KJV
