Hag 2:1-23
1 In the seventh month, in the one and twentieth day of the month, came the word of the LORD by the prophet Haggai, saying,

When is "the seventh month, in the one and twentieth day of the month"?
It is approximately October 10th.
And, once again our FATHER speaks through HIS prophet Haggai.

Remember Noah:
Gen 8:4 And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.

The waters are still upon the earth, but they had abated enough for the ark to come to rest upon the "mountains of Ararat".
Now, what does this name "Ararat" mean?
"The curse reversed: precipitation of curse"
This "seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month", would be approximately October 5th.

Hag 2:
2 Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and to the residue of the people, saying,

Haggai is once again addressing the government and the religion, plus the remainder of the people.

3 Who is left among you that saw this house in her first glory? and how do ye see it now? is it not in your eyes in comparison of it as nothing?

Remember, FATHER'S House in the earth is the assemblage of HIS True servants.
How many remember HIS House in full glorious splendor?
But, how do we see it now?

Do we see FATHER'S True House as it was, and as it shall be again in the Eternity?
We can not remember the first Heaven age, when all was good, before Satan fell from grace.

Each of us may see a few that have been working on HIS House, but the majority of the world has not a clue and are idle.
But, nonetheless, HIS HOUSE is glorious, because HE IS.
And, we shall see HIS House being assembled and finished, each working according to the gifts that FATHER has given and according to HIS Will.

4 Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I am with you, saith the LORD of hosts:

FATHER is speaking through HIS prophet.
Be strong MY Government, "Zerubbabel" (governmental 144,000, born in babble but brought out and redeemed);
Be strong MY Priesthood (7,000 Zadok); "Joshua, the high priest"
Be strong all MY people of the land (8th day and 6th day peoples who work for HIM).
AND, WORK! For there is much to be done in HIS HOUSE.
Continue working without fear, "for I am with you".

5 According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.

FATHER has made a Holy contract with all HIS children who have come out of bondage.
HIS SPIRIT is with us always, so there is nothing to fear.
[Yet, there are many who have broken the terms of that 'contract', and, therefore, are no longer subject to the benefits.]

6 For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;
7 And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts.
8 The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.

Are you prepared for the shaking?

As you pan for gold, a flattened bowl is raked across the stream bed. Then, the flattened bowl is agitated, shaken, which swirls the waters, and sloughs off the dregs. As the shaking continues, more of the undesirable stuff is sloughed off until the gold becomes apparent and can be separated from the remaining sand and water.

In similar fashion, FATHER shall shake the contents of Heaven and earth, the sea and the dry land.
The nations shall be shaken, and the desires (good or bad) of each shall become clear.
And, "I will fill this house with glory".

Zech 13:7-9
7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.
8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. (KJV)

Are you ready for the testing and trying in (under) fire?
Shall you be found to be as pure silver or gold?
"The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts."

9 The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

FATHER shall cause HIS HOUSE to become even more glorious after all the evil is removed.
Only in HIS House shall there be True peace.

10 In the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD by Haggai the prophet, saying,

"In the four and twentieth day of the ninth month" is approximately December 13th.

11 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Ask now the priests concerning the law, saying,
12 If one bear holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt do touch bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat, shall it be holy? And the priests answered and said, No.
13 Then said Haggai, If one that is unclean by a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean.
14 Then answered Haggai, and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the LORD; and so is every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean.

"If one bear holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt do touch bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat, shall it be holy? And the priests answered and said, No."

"holy flesh" is the flesh of a sacrifice.
YAHSHUA became the One Fit Sacrifice once and for all times.
"skirt" is wing, which refers to 'protective care'.

What does this say?
This basically says that just because one may be under the protective care of YAHSHUA, our Savior, this does not give that one the power to make whole, heal, or make holy anybody or anything.
The power is YAHSHUA'S.

"Then said Haggai, If one that is unclean by a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean."
Now, the physical aspect of this is that a dead body, corpse, can transmit disease. Therefore, if one were to touch "bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat" after having touched a dead body, then these things become unclean.
Let's look at the spiritual aspect of this.
Who is death?
'Death' is Satan, one of his names.
If one is spiritually unclean after spiritually 'touching' or having spiritual contact with Satan, then also any spiritual "bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat" they would partake of or pass on to others, would be also unclean.

Then Haggai tells them, "So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the LORD; and so is every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean."

"this people", "this nation before me" with "every work of their hands" and "that which they offer" became spiritually tainted, dirty, unfit.


15 And now, I pray you, consider from this day and upward, from before a stone was laid upon a stone in the temple of the LORD:
16 Since those days were, when one came to an heap of twenty measures, there were but ten: when one came to the pressfat for to draw out fifty vessels out of the press, there were but twenty.
17 I smote you with blasting and with mildew and with hail in all the labours of your hands; yet ye turned not to me, saith the LORD.

"consider from this day and upward"
Starting from which date?
From verse 10, "In the four and twentieth day of the ninth month", before these even thought about building HIS House; since the time that these got half of the wheat/seeds from their sheaves, and 2/5ths of the wine from their grapes; FATHER 
chastised them and their unproductive, faulty works. Yet, these still did not turn back unto our FATHER.

18 Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day that the foundation of the LORD's temple was laid, consider it.

Again, FATHER wants us to "Consider now from this day and upward".
Starting from which date this time?
"from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month" is approximately December 13th.
This date refers to "the day that the foundation of the LORD's temple was laid".
The words "the foundation of was laid" is actually one word in the Hebrew: yucad.
Basically, this says 'the Temple established' beginning the 24th day of the ninth month and shall continue from that time on.

19 Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath not brought forth: from this day will I bless you.

The 'foundation' shall be established, but the harvest is not yet finished.

There is still yet much work to be done. The "seed" has not yet been brought into HIS storehouse.
Neither has the "the vine (fruit), and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree". Until these are ripe, mature, and ready to be harvested, they can not be placed within FATHER'S storehouse.

Many will attempt to harvest these 'out of season'. And, those who are 'harvested out of season' shall not be fit.
"Then said Haggai, If one that is unclean by a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests answered and said, It shall be unclean."


20 And again the word of the LORD came unto Haggai in the four and twentieth day of the month, saying,
21 Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, I will shake the heavens and the earth;
22 And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen; and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother.
23 In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the LORD, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts. (KJV)

" O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the LORD, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts."
Once again, FATHER'S Prophet speaks to "Zerubbabel, governor of Judah", and again reiterates the warning of the 'shaking'.
"Zerubbabel" represents YAHOVAH'S governmental 144,000, born in confusion.
Does the 144,000 have need to fear these events?
No, because YAHOVAH "will overthrow the throne of kingdoms"; YAHOVAH "will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen"; YAHOVAH "will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them".
This is all under YAHOVAH'S control as HE will "shake the heavens and the earth".

FATHER shall "make thee [the 144,000] as a signet".
When shall the 144,000 be made as a signet?

Let's look at this word "signet":
2368 chowtham (kho-thawm');
or chotham (kho-thawm'); from 2856; a signature-ring:
KJV-- seal, signet.

KJV-- make an end, mark, seal (up), stop.

These things must occur first, then the 144,000 are sealed.
First, FATHER will shake up the heavens (more than one) and the earth.
"will shake"

a primitive root; to undulate (as the earth, the sky, etc.; also a field of grain), partic. through fear; specifically, to spring (as a

Then what else needs to occur before the 144,000 are sealed?
"And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen; and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother."

"And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms"
This speaks of the 'seat of power' of kingdoms, nations, governments.
"and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen"
This refers to the national power of the ethnos governments.
"and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them"
This refers to the vehicles (both the means to move a concept forward and move entities).
Plus, those who gain ground within these 'vehicles'.
In other words, these are stopped from moving forward with their concepts, governments, and people.
We can think of these as vehicles of war which shall be overthrown. And, we can think of this as the means by which doctrines, governmental laws, and mindsets are carried forth, but these shall be overturned.

Remember, FATHER said, "the heavens and the earth".
When these are overturned, what shall occur?
"and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother."
Now, we can think of this in the sense that on earth, brother shall come against brother.
But, let's also consider "the heavens".
Satan and his fallen angels also have chariots. We can see a type for these 'vehicles/chariots' in the 1st chapter of Ezekiel.
When these are 'overturned' in Heaven, these come down into the earth.
In other words, after Satan's government, the supernatural, spurious prophets/kings and those fallen angels disguised as 'ministers of righteousness' have come into the earth, from out of the pit, then at a time after this, the 144,000 shall be completely sealed. This 'sealing' occurring at a specific time (according to YHVH'S Plan) is for a sign unto many which shows that they too can come out of the deception, repent, and also be sealed.

Rom 11:1-11
1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying,
3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.
4 But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.
5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded
8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:
10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.
11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. (KJV)

Now, no one wants to think that it would be possible that they might stumble a bit.
Yet, this is for a purpose, and according to FATHER'S Plan.
"Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy."
Each of FATHER'S servants has earned their position/place in FATHER'S Divine Plan.
What an awesome responsibility it shall be for the 144,000, YHVH'S Government.
Their momentary stumbling results, not only in making them stronger and thereby fit to be sealed, but also brings a multitude out of the deception, and into FATHER'S Truth. After their stumblings are over and the 144,000 become fit to be called  "friends", these shall teach those FATHER will send unto them during the time when Satan's spurious government of supernatural spurious prophet/kings are present on the earth.

"for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts"

Rev 2:8-11
8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. (KJV)
