Acts 1:1-5
1 The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began
both to do and teach,
2 Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy
Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:
3 To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many
infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of
the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they
should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the
Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the
Holy Ghost not many days hence.
Acts 1:6-26
6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying,
Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the
seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon
you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all
Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken
up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold,
two men stood by them in white apparel;
11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into
heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall
so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
12 Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which
is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey.
13 And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where
abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas,
Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes,
and Judas the brother of James.
14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with
the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
15 And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and
said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)
16 Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled,
which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning
Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus.
17 For he was numbered with us, and had obtained part of this ministry.
18 Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and
falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels
gushed out.
19 And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that
field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The
field of blood.
20 For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be
desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another
take.
21 Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that
the Lord Jesus went in and out among us,
22 Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was
taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his
resurrection.
23 And they appointed two, Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed
Justus, and Matthias.
24 And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of
all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen,
25 That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which
Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.
26 And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and
he was numbered with the eleven apostles. KJV

The
Vine's Expository Dictionary of Biblical Word gives us several different
words from the New Testament, which were rendered by translators into
the English word "proof".
PROOF
1. dokime NT:1382: see EXPERIENCE, No. 2.
2. dokimion NT:1383, "a test, a proof," is rendered
"proof" in James 1:3, RV (KJV, "trying"); it is
regarded by some as equivalent to dokimeion, "a crucible, a
test"; it is the neuter form of the adjective dokimios, used as a
noun, which has been taken to denote the means by which a man is tested
and "proved" (Mayor), in the same sense as dokime (No. 1) in 2
Cor 8:2; the same phrase is used in 1 Peter 1:7, RV, "the proof (of
your faith)," KJV, "the trial"; where the meaning
probably is "that which is approved [i. e., as genuine] in your
faith"; this interpretation, which was suggested by Hort, and may
hold good for James 1:3, has been confirmed from the papyri by Deissmann
(Bible Studies, p. 259 ff.). Moulton and Milligan (Vocab.) give
additional instances.
3. endeixis NT:1732: see DECLARE, B. Cf. the synonymous word endeigma,
"a token," 2 Thess 1:5, which refers rather to the thing
"proved," while endeixis points to the act of
"proving."
4. tekmerion NT:5039, "a sure sign, a positive proof" (from
tekmar, "a mark, sign"), occurs in Acts 1:3, RV,
"proofs" (KJV, "infallible proofs"; a
"proof" does not require to be described as infallible, the
adjective is superfluous).

That
which was written in Acts, chapter 1, is in regards to the 4th in Vine's
list.
"To
whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible
proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things
pertaining to the kingdom of God:"
YAHSHUA, JESUS CHRIST, had told HIS disciples that HE raise up, and HE
did.
"To
whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many
infallible proofs"
Although, HE was no longer in HIS earthly flesh body, HE was in a body
that the disciples could see and touch. HIS soul and spirit was housed,
at that point, in HIS 2nd Heavenly dimensional form. It was a body in
which HE could interact with them, which also allowed HIM to partake of
food with them.
Several of HIS acts which are of these "infallible
proofs"
can be read in John 20.
John
20:1-31
1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet
dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the
sepulchre.
2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the
other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have
taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they
have laid him.
3 Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the
sepulchre.
4 So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter,
and came first to the sepulchre.
5 And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet
went he not in.
6 Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre,
and seeth the linen clothes lie,
7 And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen
clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.
8 Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the
sepulchre, and he saw, and believed.
9 For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again
from the dead.
10 Then the disciples went away again unto their own home.
"For
as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the
dead."
These two disciples could not yet understand (comprehend fully) how
CHRIST could and would "rise again from the dead",
although HE had told them, prior to HIS crucifixion, that HE would.
When did HE tell them of the fact that HE would "rise
again"?
Matt
26:31-32
31 Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me
this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the
sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.
32 But after I am risen again, I will go before you into
Galilee. KJV
In Matthew 26, which occurred before HIS crucifixion, CHRIST spoke unto
HIS disciples of HIS rising from the dead: "But
after I am risen again".
Therefore, the "infallible proof" was that HE did "rise
again"
just as HE had told them that HE would.
The prophecy (from CHRIST'S own mouth) was fulfilled.
And, in Acts 1, CHRIST reminds HIS disciples of the prophesied and
fulfilled events.
That is one type of these "many infallible proofs"
that are spoken of in Acts 1.
John
20:
11
But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she
stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre,
12 And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the
other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
13 And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them,
Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have
laid him.
14 And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus
standing, and knew not that it was Jesus.
15 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou?
She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have
borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him
away.
16 Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him,
Rabboni; which is to say, Master.
17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my
Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I
ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
18 Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the
Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.
Did
CHRIST'S "brethren" (verse 17) believe Mary Magdalene's report?
If they had believed her report, would they have not also run to the
tomb, as did the first two disciples?
John 20:
19
Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when
the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the
Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them,
Peace be unto you.
20 And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his
side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.
21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath
sent me, even so send I you.
22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them,
Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose
soever sins ye retain, they are retained.
CHRIST showed "infallible proofs" to some of the other disciples.
HE showed them that HE was no longer of earthly flesh, but within HIS
Heavenly dimension body.
The "doors were shut where the disciples were assembled",
yet "came
Jesus and stood in the midst".
Did HE or someone else open the door? No.
CHRIST walked into the room through the wall.
CHRIST, being of the heavenly dimension, was not hindered by the wall
that was of the earthly dimension.
Therefore, it would appear as though HE had literally walked through the
wall of the house.
CHRIST knew that these disciples would require more "infallible
proofs",
therefore HE "shewed
unto them his hands and his side".
What did they see?
Did they see the hole in HIS side where HIS earthly flesh had been
pierced?
Did they see holes in HIS hands?
No. HE showed them HIS heavenly dimensional body which was then made
whole and perfected.
This was another of the "infallible proofs"
that HE had risen from the dead and was then in HIS 2nd Heavenly
dimensional body.
John 20:
24 But
Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus
came.
25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord.
But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of
the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my
hand into his side, I will not believe.
26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with
them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and
said, Peace be unto you.
27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my
hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not
faithless, but believing.
28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.
29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast
believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
Thomas
was still yet thinking in the way of earthly flesh, when he said, "Except
I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into
the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not
believe."
But, CHRIST was no longer housed in an earthly flesh body.
So, when Thomas went to touch CHRIST'S body, Thomas' hand went right
through CHRIST'S body.
Thomas found no scars nor any blood from the wounds which CHRIST
recieved unto HIS earthly flesh body.
For, CHRIST was no longer within HIS earthly flesh body.
John 20:
30 And many
other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which
are not written in this book:
31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the
Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through
his name. KJV
This "many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples" is to say, HE showed "himself
alive after his passion by many infallible proofs".

Cor 15:39-44
39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of
flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of
birds.
40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial:
but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial
is another.
41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and
another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in
glory.
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in
corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in
weakness; it is raised in power:
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There
is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. KJV
Let us read of these same events in the book of Luke.
Luke 24:1-53
1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they
came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared,
and certain others with them.
2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
3 And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold,
two men stood by them in shining garments:
5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they
said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he
was yet in Galilee,
7 Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful
men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
8 And they remembered his words,
9 And returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the
eleven, and to all the rest.
10 It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and
other women that were with them, which told these things unto the
apostles.
11 And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed
them not.
12 Then arose Peter, and ran unto the sepulchre; and stooping down, he
beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in
himself at that which was come to pass.
13 And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called
Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.
14 And they talked together of all these things which had happened.
15 And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned,
Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.
16 But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.
17 And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that
ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?
18 And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him,
Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things
which are come to pass therein these days?
19 And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him,
Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and
word before God and all the people:
20 And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be
condemned to death, and have crucified him.
21 But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel:
and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were
done.
22 Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which
were early at the sepulchre;
23 And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had
also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.
24 And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and
found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.
25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all
that the prophets have spoken:
26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his
glory?
27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them
in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
28 And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made
as though he would have gone further.
29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward
evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
30 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and
blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out
of their sight.
32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while
he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
33 And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found
the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,
34 Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
35 And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known
of them in breaking of bread.
36 And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them,
and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
37 But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had
seen a spirit.
38 And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise
in your hearts?
39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and
see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
40 And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his
feet.
41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto
them, Have ye here any meat?
42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
43 And he took it, and did eat before them.
44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you,
while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were
written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms,
concerning me.
45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the
scriptures,
46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to
suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his
name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
48 And ye are witnesses of these things.
49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye
in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
50 And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands,
and blessed them.
51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them,
and carried up into heaven.
52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

"To
whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible
proofs,
being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining
to the kingdom of God:"
CHRIST is the Living Word.
Therefore, that which HE has foretold HIS servants, in these end times,
shall come about just as it is written.
HIS disciples/apostles, in these end times, shall be provided with
"many
infallible proofs"
which proves CHRIST, The Living Word, is alive and in control, even now,
and ultimately, during the time of the great apostasy.
Through The HOLY SPIRIT, YAHSHUA'S 144,000 Election of Grace, having
their spiritual eyes open, shall be witness unto those things prophesied
to occur during the time that Satan's spurious religious government, and
his disguised fallen angels, are here in the sight of man.
And, shortly after they have received these "forty
days"
of reminders and "many infallible proofs", then shall they be delivered before
"councils".
Their final test shall be whether or not the servant will allow HIS HOLY
SPIRIT to give them that which should be spoken:
"But
when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand
what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you
in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy
Ghost."
Matt 10:17-20
17 But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils,
and they will scourge you in their synagogues;
18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake,
for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall
speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which
speaketh in you. KJV
Mark 13:9-11
9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to
councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be
brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against
them.
10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.
11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought
beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but
whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not
ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. KJV
The
true servants unto YHVH shall allow The HOLY SPIRIT to give them that
which they are to say.
And, after these trials, then YHVH'S HOLY SPIRIT shall overtake the
servants mind completely, as the servant goes through the 2nd Baptism,
the Baptism of YHVH'S HOLY SPIRIT.
What is it to be 'Baptized of YHVH'S HOLY SPIRIT,
the 2nd Baptism?

1) to dip repeatedly, to immerse, to submerge (used of vessels
sunk)
2)
to cleanse by dipping or submerging, to wash, to make clean with water,
to wash oneself, to bathe
3)
to overwhelm Not to be confused with 0911, bapto. The clearest
example that shows the meaning of baptizo is a text from the Greek poet
and physician Nicander, who lived about 200 B. C. It is a recipe
for making pickles and is helpful because it uses both words. Nicander says that in order to make a pickle, the
vegetable should first be `dipped' (bapto) into boiling water and
then `baptized' (baptizo) in the
vinegar solution. Both verbs concern the immersing of vegetables in a
solution. But the first is temporary.
The second, the act of baptizing the vegetable, produces a
permanent change.
When
used in the New Testament, this word more often refers to our
union and identification with Christ
than to our water baptism.
For example, Mark 16:16. `He that believes and is baptized shall be
saved'. Christ is saying that mere intellectual assent is not enough. There must be a union with him, a real change, like
the vegetable to the pickle!
