What
is
'iron'?
"iron"
1270
barzel
(bar-zel');
perhaps
from
the
root
of
1269;
iron
(as
cutting);
by
extension,
an
iron
implement:
KJV--
(ax)
head,
iron.
[Strong's]
1270
barzel-
1)
iron
iron
a)
iron
ore
b)
as
material
of
furniture,
utensils,
implements
2)
a
tool
of
iron
3)
harshness,
strength,
oppression
(figurative)
[Brown-Driver-Briggs']
This
speaks
of
'implements'
or
'tool'
of
iron.
It
also
speaks
of
'harshness,
strength,
oppression'.
Satan
is
a
'tool'
whom
YHVH
shall
utilize
to
correct
HIS
children.
Satan,
this
tool,
still
vainly
thinks
he
can
win
out
over
his
Maker,
but
Satan
has
already
been
condemned
to
perish.
At
the
appropriate
time,
when
YHVH
shall
be
finished
using
him
as
this
tool,
Satan
shall
be
destroyed
utterly.

Let's
begin
in
Genesis
with
our
search
for
this
word
"iron".
The
following
is
the
beginning
of
the
Cain
lineage
(Kenites).
Gen
4:17-24
17
And
Cain
knew
his
wife;
and
she
conceived,
and
bare
Enoch:
and
he
builded
a
city,
and
called
the
name
of
the
city,
after
the
name
of
his
son,
Enoch.
18
And
unto
Enoch
was
born
Irad:
and
Irad
begat
Mehujael:
and
Mehujael
begat
Methusael:
and
Methusael
begat
Lamech.
19
And
Lamech
took
unto
him
two
wives:
the
name
of
the
one
was
Adah,
and
the
name
of
the
other
Zillah.
20
And
Adah
bare
Jabal:
he
was
the
father
of
such
as
dwell
in
tents,
and
of
such
as
have
cattle.
21
And
his
brother's
name
was
Jubal:
he
was
the
father
of
all
such
as
handle
the
harp
and
organ.
22
And
Zillah,
she
also
bare
Tubalcain,
an
instructer
of
every
artificer
in
brass
and
iron:
and
the
sister
of
Tubalcain
was
Naamah.
23
And
Lamech
said
unto
his
wives,
Adah
and
Zillah,
Hear
my
voice;
ye
wives
of
Lamech,
hearken
unto
my
speech:
for
I
have
slain
a
man
to
my
wounding,
and
a
young
man
to
my
hurt.
24
If
Cain
shall
be
avenged
sevenfold,
truly
Lamech
seventy
and
sevenfold.

we
say
that

Lev
26:1-13
1
Ye
shall
make
you
no
idols
nor
graven
image,
neither
rear
you
up
a
standing
image,
neither
shall
ye
set
up
any
image
of
stone
in
your
land,
to
bow
down
unto
it:
for
I
am
the
LORD
your
God.
2
Ye
shall
keep
my
sabbaths,
and
reverence
my
sanctuary:
I
am
the
LORD.
3
If
ye
walk
in
my
statutes,
and
keep
my
commandments,
and
do
them;
4
Then
I
will
give
you
rain
in
due
season,
and
the
land
shall
yield
her
increase,
and
the
trees
of
the
field
shall
yield
their
fruit.
5
And
your
threshing
shall
reach
unto
the
vintage,
and
the
vintage
shall
reach
unto
the
sowing
time:
and
ye
shall
eat
your
bread
to
the
full,
and
dwell
in
your
land
safely.
6
And
I
will
give
peace
in
the
land,
and
ye
shall
lie
down,
and
none
shall
make
you
afraid:
and
I
will
rid
evil
beasts
out
of
the
land,
neither
shall
the
sword
go
through
your
land.
7
And
ye
shall
chase
your
enemies,
and
they
shall
fall
before
you
by
the
sword.
8
And
five
of
you
shall
chase
an
hundred,
and
an
hundred
of
you
shall
put
ten
thousand
to
flight:
and
your
enemies
shall
fall
before
you
by
the
sword.
9
For
I
will
have
respect
unto
you,
and
make
you
fruitful,
and
multiply
you,
and
establish
my
covenant
with
you.
10
And
ye
shall
eat
old
store,
and
bring
forth
the
old
because
of
the
new.
11
And
I
will
set
my
tabernacle
among
you:
and
my
soul
shall
not
abhor
you.
12
And
I
will
walk
among
you,
and
will
be
your
God,
and
ye
shall
be
my
people.
13
I
am
the
LORD
your
God,
which
brought
you
forth
out
of
the
land
of
Egypt,
that
ye
should
not
be
their
bondmen;
and
I
have
broken
the
bands
of
your
yoke,
and
made
you
go
upright.
Lev
26:14-39
14
But
if
ye
will
not
hearken
unto
me,
and
will
not
do
all
these
commandments;
15
And
if
ye
shall
despise
my
statutes,
or
if
your
soul
abhor
my
judgments,
so
that
ye
will
not
do
all
my
commandments,
but
that
ye
break
my
covenant:
16
I
also
will
do
this
unto
you;
I
will
even
appoint
over
you
terror,
consumption,
and
the
burning
ague,
that
shall
consume
the
eyes,
and
cause
sorrow
of
heart:
and
ye
shall
sow
your
seed
in
vain,
for
your
enemies
shall
eat
it.
17
And
I
will
set
my
face
against
you,
and
ye
shall
be
slain
before
your
enemies:
they
that
hate
you
shall
reign
over
you;
and
ye
shall
flee
when
none
pursueth
you.
18
And
if
ye
will
not
yet
for
all
this
hearken
unto
me,
then
I
will
punish
you
seven
times
more
for
your
sins.
19
And
I
will
break
the
pride
of
your
power;
and
I
will
make
your
heaven
as
iron,
and
your
earth
as
brass:
20
And
your
strength
shall
be
spent
in
vain:
for
your
land
shall
not
yield
her
increase,
neither
shall
the
trees
of
the
land
yield
their
fruits.
21
And
if
ye
walk
contrary
unto
me,
and
will
not
hearken
unto
me;
I
will
bring
seven
times
more
plagues
upon
you
according
to
your
sins.
22
I
will
also
send
wild
beasts
among
you,
which
shall
rob
you
of
your
children,
and
destroy
your
cattle,
and
make
you
few
in
number;
and
your
highways
shall
be
desolate.
23
And
if
ye
will
not
be
reformed
by
me
by
these
things,
but
will
walk
contrary
unto
me;
24
Then
will
I
also
walk
contrary
unto
you,
and
will
punish
you
yet
seven
times
for
your
sins.
25
And
I
will
bring
a
sword
upon
you,
that
shall
avenge
the
quarrel
of
my
covenant:
and
when
ye
are
gathered
together
within
your
cities,
I
will
send
the
pestilence
among
you;
and
ye
shall
be
delivered
into
the
hand
of
the
enemy.
26
And
when
I
have
broken
the
staff
of
your
bread,
ten
women
shall
bake
your
bread
in
one
oven,
and
they
shall
deliver
you
your
bread
again
by
weight:
and
ye
shall
eat,
and
not
be
satisfied.
27
And
if
ye
will
not
for
all
this
hearken
unto
me,
but
walk
contrary
unto
me;
28
Then
I
will
walk
contrary
unto
you
also
in
fury;
and
I,
even
I,
will
chastise
you
seven
times
for
your
sins.
29
And
ye
shall
eat
the
flesh
of
your
sons,
and
the
flesh
of
your
daughters
shall
ye
eat.
30
And
I
will
destroy
your
high
places,
and
cut
down
your
images,
and
cast
your
carcases
upon
the
carcases
of
your
idols,
and
my
soul
shall
abhor
you.
31
And
I
will
make
your
cities
waste,
and
bring
your
sanctuaries
unto
desolation,
and
I
will
not
smell
the
savour
of
your
sweet
odours.
32
And
I
will
bring
the
land
into
desolation:
and
your
enemies
which
dwell
therein
shall
be
astonished
at
it.
33
And
I
will
scatter
you
among
the
heathen,
and
will
draw
out
a
sword
after
you:
and
your
land
shall
be
desolate,
and
your
cities
waste.
34
Then
shall
the
land
enjoy
her
sabbaths,
as
long
as
it
lieth
desolate,
and
ye
be
in
your
enemies'
land;
even
then
shall
the
land
rest,
and
enjoy
her
sabbaths.
35
As
long
as
it
lieth
desolate
it
shall
rest;
because
it
did
not
rest
in
your
sabbaths,
when
ye
dwelt
upon
it.
36
And
upon
them
that
are
left
alive
of
you
I
will
send
a
faintness
into
their
hearts
in
the
lands
of
their
enemies;
and
the
sound
of
a
shaken
leaf
shall
chase
them;
and
they
shall
flee,
as
fleeing
from
a
sword;
and
they
shall
fall
when
none
pursueth.
37
And
they
shall
fall
one
upon
another,
as
it
were
before
a
sword,
when
none
pursueth:
and
ye
shall
have
no
power
to
stand
before
your
enemies.
38
And
ye
shall
perish
among
the
heathen,
and
the
land
of
your
enemies
shall
eat
you
up.
39
And
they
that
are
left
of
you
shall
pine
away
in
their
iniquity
in
your
enemies'
lands;
and
also
in
the
iniquities
of
their
fathers
shall
they
pine
away
with
them.
FATHER
speaks
of
"as
iron"
and
"as
brass".
"And
I
will
break
the
pride
of
your
power;
and
I
will
make
your
heaven
as
iron,
and
your
earth
as
brass:"
Let
us
read
this
verse
as
the
two
sentences
as
it
is
given
in
the
Interlinear:
"And
I
will
break
the
pride
of
your
power."
"And
I
will
make
your
heaven
as
iron
and
your
earth
as
brass."
This
"pride"
speaks
of
'arrogance'
and
'the
unstable
power
of
self-glorification'.

Again,

is
representative
of
Satan,
and
that
which
is
of
him.
"iron"
will
rust
or

until
there
is

for
those

YAHSHUA,
JESUS
CHRIST
is

But,
those,
who

YHVH,
have
Satan
as
their
'covering'...Satan,
who
is
Death.

YHVH
wants
the
pureness
of
gold
and
silver,
not
an
alloy.
Zech
13:9
9
And
I
will
bring
the
third
part
through
the
fire,
and
will
refine
them
as
silver
is
refined,
and
will
try
them
as
gold
is
tried:
they
shall
call
on
my
name,
and
I
will
hear
them:
I
will
say,
It
is
my
people:
and
they
shall
say,
The
LORD
is
my
God.

Lev
26:40-46
40
If
they
shall
confess
their
iniquity,
and
the
iniquity
of
their
fathers,
with
their
trespass
which
they
trespassed
against
me,
and
that
also
they
have
walked
contrary
unto
me;
41
And
that
I
also
have
walked
contrary
unto
them,
and
have
brought
them
into
the
land
of
their
enemies;
if
then
their
uncircumcised
hearts
be
humbled,
and
they
then
accept
of
the
punishment
of
their
iniquity:
42
Then
will
I
remember
my
covenant
with
Jacob,
and
also
my
covenant
with
Isaac,
and
also
my
covenant
with
Abraham
will
I
remember;
and
I
will
remember
the
land.
43
The
land
also
shall
be
left
of
them,
and
shall
enjoy
her
sabbaths,
while
she
lieth
desolate
without
them:
and
they
shall
accept
of
the
punishment
of
their
iniquity:
because,
even
because
they
despised
my
judgments,
and
because
their
soul
abhorred
my
statutes.
44
And
yet
for
all
that,
when
they
be
in
the
land
of
their
enemies,
I
will
not
cast
them
away,
neither
will
I
abhor
them,
to
destroy
them
utterly,
and
to
break
my
covenant
with
them:
for
I
am
the
LORD
their
God.
45
But
I
will
for
their
sakes
remember
the
covenant
of
their
ancestors,
whom
I
brought
forth
out
of
the
land
of
Egypt
in
the
sight
of
the
heathen,
that
I
might
be
their
God:
I
am
the
LORD.
46
These
are
the
statutes
and
judgments
and
laws,
which
the
LORD
made
between
him
and
the
children
of
Israel
in
mount
Sinai
by
the
hand
of
Moses.

Deut
4:20
20
But
the
LORD
hath
taken
you,
and
brought
you
forth
out
of
the
iron
furnace,
even
out
of
Egypt,
to
be
unto
him
a
people
of
inheritance,
as
ye
are
this
day.
(KJV)
The
bondage
of
"Egypt",
"the
iron
furnace",
was
likened
unto
a
smelting
pot.
FATHER
used
this
captivity
as
a
way
to
care
for
HIS
children
during
a
great
time
of
drought
and
famine.
But,
it
was
also
a
time
in
which
the
rod
was
put
to
their
backs.
The
'tool'
or
'instrument'
of
iron
which
FATHER
utilized
was
the
government
of
Egypt.
This
was
a
bondage
likened
unto
the
bondage
who
many
have
gone
into
today.
Let's
look
at
this
smelting
pot,
"the
iron
furnace",
that
the
children
of
Israel
and
many
ethnic
nations
found
themselves.
What
occurred
in
this
smelting
pot,
"the
iron
furnace",
during
the
430
years
that
Israel
was
held
in
bondage?
Did
the
traditions
and
goodly
laws/ordinances
from
YHVH
that
came
in
with
the
tribes
of
Israel
get
thrown
into
the
same
"iron
furnace",
smelting
pot,
with
the
traditions
and
laws
of
the
ethnos
and
the
traditions
and
laws
of
Egypt?
When
one
throws
different
metals
into
the
same
"iron
furnace",
smelting
pot,
soon
all
of
these
metals
begin
combining
with
the
others,
until
they
are
no
longer
pure.
We
can
take,
for
instance,
the
celebration/tradition
of
'Easter'
that
most
'Christians'
ignorantly
participate.
This
was
a
combining
of
heathen
sexual
rites
and
practices
with
The
Passover...CHRIST
became
our
Passover,
made
a
'mongoloid
alloy'
of
the
most
precious
act
of
The
LORD,
and
the
most
High
Holy
Day.
In
the
days
of
the
bondage
in
Egypt,
the
heathen
practices
and
influences
caused
the
'silver'
and
'gold'
to
be
mixed
and
polluted,
until
they
became
as
'brass'.
FATHER
uses
a
"rod
of
iron"
to
break
these
alloys
(their
clay
pots)
to
pieces.
Rev
12:5
5
And
she
brought
forth
a
man
child,
who
was
to
rule
all
nations
with
a
rod
of
iron:
and
her
child
was
caught
up
unto
God,
and
to
his
throne.
(KJV)
YAHSHUA,
JESUS
CHRIST,
was
this
"man
child",
who
shall
"rule
all
nations
with
a
rod
of
iron".
What
is
this
"rod
of
iron"?
It
is
that
'tool',
the
'instrument
of
correction',
whom
YAHSHUA
uses
as
a
'rod
of
correction'.
And,
this
"rod
of
iron"
is
Satan,
and
that
which
of
Satan,
who
FATHER
utilizes
to
correct
and
punish
HIS
children.
This
leads
us
back
to
the
Law
as
was
given
in
Leviticus.
Lev
26:14-39
14
But
if
ye
will
not
hearken
unto
me,
and
will
not
do
all
these
commandments;
15
And
if
ye
shall
despise
my
statutes,
or
if
your
soul
abhor
my
judgments,
so
that
ye
will
not
do
all
my
commandments,
but
that
ye
break
my
covenant:
16
I
also
will
do
this
unto
you;
I
will
even
appoint
over
you
terror,
consumption,
and
the
burning
ague,
that
shall
consume
the
eyes,
and
cause
sorrow
of
heart:
and
ye
shall
sow
your
seed
in
vain,
for
your
enemies
shall
eat
it.
17
And
I
will
set
my
face
against
you,
and
ye
shall
be
slain
before
your
enemies:
they
that
hate
you
shall
reign
over
you;
and
ye
shall
flee
when
none
pursueth
you.
18
And
if
ye
will
not
yet
for
all
this
hearken
unto
me,
then
I
will
punish
you
seven
times
more
for
your
sins.
19
And
I
will
break
the
pride
of
your
power;
and
I
will
make
your
heaven
as
iron,
and
your
earth
as
brass:
20
And
your
strength
shall
be
spent
in
vain:
for
your
land
shall
not
yield
her
increase,
neither
shall
the
trees
of
the
land
yield
their
fruits.
21
And
if
ye
walk
contrary
unto
me,
and
will
not
hearken
unto
me;
I
will
bring
seven
times
more
plagues
upon
you
according
to
your
sins.
22
I
will
also
send
wild
beasts
among
you,
which
shall
rob
you
of
your
children,
and
destroy
your
cattle,
and
make
you
few
in
number;
and
your
highways
shall
be
desolate.
23
And
if
ye
will
not
be
reformed
by
me
by
these
things,
but
will
walk
contrary
unto
me;
24
Then
will
I
also
walk
contrary
unto
you,
and
will
punish
you
yet
seven
times
for
your
sins.
25
And
I
will
bring
a
sword
upon
you,
that
shall
avenge
the
quarrel
of
my
covenant:
and
when
ye
are
gathered
together
within
your
cities,
I
will
send
the
pestilence
among
you;
and
ye
shall
be
delivered
into
the
hand
of
the
enemy.
26
And
when
I
have
broken
the
staff
of
your
bread,
ten
women
shall
bake
your
bread
in
one
oven,
and
they
shall
deliver
you
your
bread
again
by
weight:
and
ye
shall
eat,
and
not
be
satisfied.
27
And
if
ye
will
not
for
all
this
hearken
unto
me,
but
walk
contrary
unto
me;
28
Then
I
will
walk
contrary
unto
you
also
in
fury;
and
I,
even
I,
will
chastise
you
seven
times
for
your
sins.
29
And
ye
shall
eat
the
flesh
of
your
sons,
and
the
flesh
of
your
daughters
shall
ye
eat.
30
And
I
will
destroy
your
high
places,
and
cut
down
your
images,
and
cast
your
carcases
upon
the
carcases
of
your
idols,
and
my
soul
shall
abhor
you.
31
And
I
will
make
your
cities
waste,
and
bring
your
sanctuaries
unto
desolation,
and
I
will
not
smell
the
savour
of
your
sweet
odours.
32
And
I
will
bring
the
land
into
desolation:
and
your
enemies
which
dwell
therein
shall
be
astonished
at
it.
33
And
I
will
scatter
you
among
the
heathen,
and
will
draw
out
a
sword
after
you:
and
your
land
shall
be
desolate,
and
your
cities
waste.
34
Then
shall
the
land
enjoy
her
sabbaths,
as
long
as
it
lieth
desolate,
and
ye
be
in
your
enemies'
land;
even
then
shall
the
land
rest,
and
enjoy
her
sabbaths.
35
As
long
as
it
lieth
desolate
it
shall
rest;
because
it
did
not
rest
in
your
sabbaths,
when
ye
dwelt
upon
it.
36
And
upon
them
that
are
left
alive
of
you
I
will
send
a
faintness
into
their
hearts
in
the
lands
of
their
enemies;
and
the
sound
of
a
shaken
leaf
shall
chase
them;
and
they
shall
flee,
as
fleeing
from
a
sword;
and
they
shall
fall
when
none
pursueth.
37
And
they
shall
fall
one
upon
another,
as
it
were
before
a
sword,
when
none
pursueth:
and
ye
shall
have
no
power
to
stand
before
your
enemies.
38
And
ye
shall
perish
among
the
heathen,
and
the
land
of
your
enemies
shall
eat
you
up.
39
And
they
that
are
left
of
you
shall
pine
away
in
their
iniquity
in
your
enemies'
lands;
and
also
in
the
iniquities
of
their
fathers
shall
they
pine
away
with
them.
YHVH'S
Word
is
HIS
Sword.
And,
HIS
Word
is
YAHSHUA,
JESUS
CHRIST.
The
"rod
of
iron",
which
YAHSHUA
utilizes
to
correct
and
punish,
is
Satan.
---
Now,
since
we
are
looking
at
Egypt,
let
us
look
at
the
"rod"
used
by
Moses
and
Aaron.
Exod
4:1-5
1
And
Moses
answered
and
said,
But,
behold,
they
will
not
believe
me,
nor
hearken
unto
my
voice:
for
they
will
say,
The
LORD
hath
not
appeared
unto
thee.
2
And
the
LORD
said
unto
him,
What
is
that
in
thine
hand?
And
he
said,
A
rod.
3
And
he
said,
Cast
it
on
the
ground.
And
he
cast
it
on
the
ground,
and
it
became
a
serpent;
and
Moses
fled
from
before
it.
4
And
the
LORD
said
unto
Moses,
Put
forth
thine
hand,
and
take
it
by
the
tail.
And
he
put
forth
his
hand,
and
caught
it,
and
it
became
a
rod
in
his
hand:
5
That
they
may
believe
that
the
LORD
God
of
their
fathers,
the
God
of
Abraham,
the
God
of
Isaac,
and
the
God
of
Jacob,
hath
appeared
unto
thee.

Who
is
the
"serpent"?
He
is
the
'tool',
instrument
of
correction',
FATHER
gave
unto
Moses
to
use.
"in
his
hand"
speaks
of
the
'power'
YHVH
granted
unto
Moses.
Note,
Moses
is
a
leader
of
HIS
Government,
who
is
a
type
for
one
of
the
Two
Witnesses.
For,
Moses
was
he
whom
FATHER
gave
HIS
Law.
He
was
the
vessel,
that
was
used
in
those
days,
to
bring
HIS
Law
unto
the
people.
And,
Moses
was
of
YHVH'S
Government,
who
would
lead
the
children
from
bondage
through
and
by
HIS
Law.
What
did
this
"rod"
become
when
it
was
"cast
"
"on
the
ground"?
It
became
"a
serpent".
What
or
who
does
this
serpent
represent?
Gen
3:1-5
1
Now
the
serpent
was
more
subtil
than
any
beast
of
the
field
which
the
LORD
God
had
made.
And
he
said
unto
the
woman,
Yea,
hath
God
said,
Ye
shall
not
eat
of
every
tree
of
the
garden?
2
And
the
woman
said
unto
the
serpent,
We
may
eat
of
the
fruit
of
the
trees
of
the
garden:
3
But
of
the
fruit
of
the
tree
which
is
in
the
midst
of
the
garden,
God
hath
said,
Ye
shall
not
eat
of
it,
neither
shall
ye
touch
it,
lest
ye
die.
4
And
the
serpent
said
unto
the
woman,
Ye
shall
not
surely
die:
5
For
God
doth
know
that
in
the
day
ye
eat
thereof,
then
your
eyes
shall
be
opened,
and
ye
shall
be
as
gods,
knowing
good
and
evil.
(KJV)
Rev
12:9
9
And
the
great
dragon
was
cast
out,
that
old
serpent,
called
the
Devil,
and
Satan,
which
deceiveth
the
whole
world:
he
was
cast
out
into
the
earth,
and
his
angels
were
cast
out
with
him.
(KJV)
Rev
20:1-3
1
And
I
saw
an
angel
come
down
from
heaven,
having
the
key
of
the
bottomless
pit
and
a
great
chain
in
his
hand.
2
And
he
laid
hold
on
the
dragon,
that
old
serpent,
which
is
the
Devil,
and
Satan,
and
bound
him
a
thousand
years,
3
And
cast
him
into
the
bottomless
pit,
and
shut
him
up,
and
set
a
seal
upon
him,
that
he
should
deceive
the
nations
no
more,
till
the
thousand
years
should
be
fulfilled:
and
after
that
he
must
be
loosed
a
little
season.
(KJV)
From
Genesis
to
Revelations,
this
serpent
is
revealed
to
us.
Exod
7:10-14
10
And
Moses
and
Aaron
went
in
unto
Pharaoh,
and
they
did
so
as
the
LORD
had
commanded:
and
Aaron
cast
down
his
rod
before
Pharaoh,
and
before
his
servants,
and
it
became
a
serpent.
11
Then
Pharaoh
also
called
the
wise
men
and
the
sorcerers:
now
the
magicians
of
Egypt,
they
also
did
in
like
manner
with
their
enchantments.
12
For
they
cast
down
every
man
his

And
he
hardened
Pharaoh's

that
he

as
the

And
the
LORD
said
unto
Moses,
Pharaoh's

he

This
rod,
Satan,
is
so
powerful
that
he
will
swallow
up
all
other
religious
idols/gods.
But,
remember,
Satan
is
being
controlled,
for
the
power
was
given
unto
Aaron
and
Moses
to
use
the
'rod
of
correction'.

We
are
looking
at
this
"rod
of
correction"
the
rod
of
"iron".
Exod
7:15-25
15
Get
thee
unto
Pharaoh
in
the
morning;
lo,
he
goeth
out
unto
the
water;
and
thou
shalt
stand
by
the
river's
brink
against
he
come;
and
the
rod
which
was
turned
to
a
serpent
shalt
thou
take
in
thine
hand.
16
And
thou
shalt
say
unto
him,
The
LORD
God
of
the
Hebrews
hath
sent
me
unto
thee,
saying,
Let
my
people
go,
that
they
may
serve
me
in
the
wilderness:
and,
behold,
hitherto
thou
wouldest
not
hear.
17
Thus
saith
the
LORD,
In
this
thou
shalt
know
that
I
am
the
LORD:
behold,
I
will
smite
with
the
rod
that
is
in
mine
hand
upon
the
waters
which
are
in
the
river,
and
they
shall
be
turned
to
blood.
18
And
the
fish
that
is
in
the
river
shall
die,
and
the
river
shall
stink;
and
the
Egyptians
shall
lothe
to
drink
of
the
water
of
the
river.
19
And
the
LORD
spake
unto
Moses,
Say
unto
Aaron,
Take
thy
rod,
and
stretch
out
thine
hand
upon
the
waters
of
Egypt,
upon
their
streams,
upon
their
rivers,
and
upon
their
ponds,
and
upon
all
their
pools
of
water,
that
they
may
become
blood;
and
that
there
may
be
blood
throughout
all
the
land
of
Egypt,
both
in
vessels
of
wood,
and
in
vessels
of
stone.
20
And
Moses
and
Aaron
did
so,
as
the
LORD
commanded;
and
he
lifted
up
the
rod,
and
smote
the
waters
that
were
in
the
river,
in
the
sight
of
Pharaoh,
and
in
the
sight
of
his
servants;
and
all
the
waters
that
were
in
the
river
were
turned
to
blood.
21
And
the
fish
that
was
in
the
river
died;
and
the
river
stank,
and
the
Egyptians
could
not
drink
of
the
water
of
the
river;
and
there
was
blood
throughout
all
the
land
of
Egypt.
22
And
the
magicians
of
Egypt
did
so
with
their
enchantments:
and
Pharaoh's
heart
was
hardened,
neither
did
he
hearken
unto
them;
as
the
LORD
had
said.
23
And
Pharaoh
turned
and
went
into
his
house,
neither
did
he
set
his
heart
to
this
also.
24
And
all
the
Egyptians
digged
round
about
the
river
for
water
to
drink;
for
they
could
not
drink
of
the
water
of
the
river.
25
And
seven
days
were
fulfilled,
after
that
the
LORD
had
smitten
the
river.
(KJV)
The
"water",
spoken
of
in
Exodus
7:15,
"Get
thee
unto
Pharaoh
in
the
morning;
lo,
he
goeth
out
unto
the
water;
and
thou
shalt
stand
by
the
river's
brink
against
he
come;
and
the
rod
which
was
turned
to
a
serpent
shalt
thou
take
in
thine
hand",
speaks
of
this
particular
'river',
the
Nile,
which
represents
the
Egyptians'
religion.
It
was
not
the
'living
waters'
of
YHVH'S
Word,
but
the
'waters'
of
idolatry,
for
this
river
was
representative
of
their
god Hapi.
What
did
this
'river'
do
for
Egypt?
It
caused
their
economy
to
grow,
as
barges
of
goods
were
sent
up
and
down
this
waterway.
When
this
river
overflowed
it's
banks
each
year,
it
would
cause
the
banks
of
this
river
to
become
very
rich,
which
aided
in
the
growing
of
food.
The
river
also
provided
an
abundance
of
fish.
It
was
a
custom
for
Pharaoh
to
take
an
offering
every
morning
to
this
river,
this idolatrous symbol/god
of
their
religion.
NILE
[nile]--
the
great
river
of
Egypt
that
flows
more
than
5,700
kilometers
(3,500
miles)
from
central
Africa
north
through
the
desert
to
a
rich
delta
area
on
the
Mediterranean
Sea
(see
Map
1,
B-2).
The
source
of
the
Nile
is
derived
from
two
rivers:
the
Blue
Nile
from
Ethiopia
and
the
White
Nile
from
Lake
Victoria
in
central
Africa.
The
Blue
Nile
provides
about
twice
as
much
water
as
the
White
Nile
during
the
rainy
season.
This
flood
water,
with
the
soil
that
it
eroded,
provided
fertile
top
soil
for
the
agriculture
of
northern
Egypt.
Low
flood
levels
usually
meant
a
famine
year,
while
a
high
flood
level
would
result
in
a
year
of
plenty.
The
Aswan
Dam
and
the
High
Dam
now
enable
the
modern
nation
of
Egypt
to
control
these
floods
and
provide
a
more
constant
flow
of
water.
Because
the
Nile
was
so
essential
to
the
life
and
prosperity
of
Egypt,
it
was
personified
as
a
god
called
Hapi.
Egyptians
had
religious
celebrations
at
the
beginning
of
the
annual
flooding
of
the
Nile.
One
text
discovered
by
archaeologists
contains
praises
in
adoration
of
the
Nile
for
the
blessings
that
it
provides.
The
river
was
also
one
of
the
chief
methods
of
transportation
for
the
Egyptians.
The
Nile
delta
produced
papyrus
which
the
Egyptians
wove
together
to
make
household
mats,
baskets,
sails
for
their
boats,
and
paper.
The
Nile
supported
a
fishing
industry
as
well,
and
ancient
drawings
show
the
Pharaohs
hunting
wild
game
in
the
thick
undergrowth
of
the
Nile
Valley.
The
river
in
Pharaoh's
dream
<Gen.
41:1-36>
was
the
Nile.
The
seven
fat
cows
that
pastured
in
the
lush
grass
by
the
Nile
represented
seven
years
when
the
Nile
would
flood
and
there
would
be
plenty
of
food.
The
seven
thin
cows
represented
years
when
there
would
be
little
grass
because
of
low
flood
waters.
Later
when
the
Israelites
were
slaves
under
persecution
by
a
Pharaoh
who
did
not
know
Joseph,
the
king
ordered
that
all
male
children
born
to
the
Israelites
must
be
thrown
into
the
Nile
<Ex.
1:22>.
In
an
attempt
to
save
her
child,
Moses'
mother
put
him
in
a
waterproofed
papyrus
basket
and
placed
him
among
the
papyrus
reeds
near
where
Pharaoh's
daughter
came
to
bathe
<Ex.
2:1-5>.
When
she
saw
the
child,
she
had
compassion
on
him;
thus
Moses
was
not
killed.
Eighty
years
later
Moses
returned
to
Egypt
to
deliver
the
Israelites
from
slavery.
In
order
that
the
children
of
Israel
might
believe
that
God
had
sent
Moses,
God
gave
him
three
signs
to
perform;
the
last
was
to
pour
water
from
the
Nile
on
dry
ground
and
have
it
turn
to
blood
<Ex.
4:9>.
After
hearing
God's
word
and
seeing
these
signs,
the
people
believed
God
and
worshiped
Him
<Ex.
4:29-31>.
Because
Pharaoh
refused
to
let
the
Israelites
leave
Egypt,
God
sent
ten
plagues.
Moses
met
Pharaoh
at
the
Nile
<Ex.
7:15>
and
turned
the
Nile
to
blood
to
prove
to
him
that
the
Nile
was
not
a
god,
but
that
Moses'
God
was
the
true
God
<Ex.
7:17-21;
Ps.
78:44>.
Some
believe
the
water
was
turned
to
a
reddish-brown
color
from
the
eroded
red
soil
in
the
flood
water
and
that
bacteria
from
the
polluted
water
may
have
killed
the
fish.
This
naturalistic
interpretation
does
not
explain
the
intensity
of
the
plague
or
the
ability
of
Moses
to
start
and
conclude
the
plague
on
command.
Since
Pharaoh's
magicians
were
able
to
reproduce
a
somewhat
similar
phenomenon,
Pharaoh's
heart
was
not
moved
to
release
the
Israelites
<Ex.
7:22-25>.
The
prosperity
that
the
river
provided
and
the
annual
flooding
of
the
Nile
were
spoken
of
symbolically
in
the
prophetic
writings
<Is.
23:10;
Jer.
46:7-8>.
The
judgment
on
Egypt
was
often
described
in
terms
of
the
drying
up
of
the
Nile
<Ezek.
29:10;
30:12;
Zech.
10:11>,
because
the
Nile
will
fail,
the
papyrus
will
wither,
the
grain
will
wilt,
and
the
fisherman
will
mourn
<Is.
19:5-8>.
Yet
in
spite
of
this
judgment,
the
day
will
come
when
some
from
Egypt
will
turn
to
God
and
become
His
people
<Is.
19:18-25>.

dry
ground
through
the
midst
of
the
sea.
(KJV)
Exod
17:5
5
And
the
LORD
said
unto
Moses,
Go
on
before
the
people,
and
take
with
thee
of
the
elders
of
Israel;
and
thy
rod,
wherewith
thou
smotest
the
river,
take
in
thine
hand,
and
go.
(KJV)
Exod
17:9
9
And
Moses
said
unto
Joshua,
Choose
us
out
men,
and
go
out,
fight
with Amalek: to
morrow
I
will
stand
on
the
top
of
the
hill
with
the
rod
of
God
in
mine
hand.
(KJV)
Exod
21:20
20
And
if
a
man
smite
his
servant,
or
his
maid,
with
a
rod,
and
he
die
under
his
hand; he
shall
be
surely
punished.
(KJV)
Ps
2:1-12
1
Why
do
the
heathen
rage,
and
the
people
imagine
a
vain
thing?
2
The
kings
of
the
earth
set
themselves,
and
the
rulers
take
counsel
together,
against
the
LORD,
and
against
his
anointed,
saying,
3
Let
us
break
their
bands
asunder,
and
cast
away
their
cords
from
us.
4
He
that
sitteth
in
the
heavens
shall
laugh:
the
Lord
shall
have
them
in
derision.
5
Then
shall
he
speak
unto
them
in
his
wrath,
and
vex
them
in
his
sore
displeasure.
6
Yet
have
I
set
my
king
upon
my
holy
hill
of
Zion.
7
I
will
declare
the
decree:
the
LORD
hath
said
unto
me,
Thou
art
my
Son;
this
day have
I
begotten
thee.
8
Ask
of
me,
and
I
shall
give
thee
the
heathen
for
thine
inheritance,
and
the
uttermost
parts
of
the
earth
for
thy
possession.
9
Thou
shalt
break
them
with
a
rod
of
iron;
thou
shalt
dash
them
in
pieces
like
a
potter's
vessel.
10
Be
wise
now
therefore,
O
ye
kings:
be
instructed,
ye
judges
of
the
earth.
11
Serve
the
LORD
with
fear,
and
rejoice
with
trembling.
12
Kiss
the
Son,
lest
he
be
angry,
and
ye
perish
from
the
way,
when
his
wrath
is
kindled
but
a
little.
Blessed
are
all
they
that
put
their
trust
in
him.
(KJV)
Rev
2:18-29
18
And
unto
the
angel
of
the
church
in
Thyatira
write;
These
things
saith
the
Son
of God,
who
hath
his
eyes
like
unto
a
flame
of
fire,
and
his
feet
are
like
fine
brass;
19
I
know
thy
works,
and
charity,
and
service,
and
faith,
and
thy
patience,
and
thy works;
and
the
last
to
be
more
than
the
first.
20
Notwithstanding
I
have
a
few
things
against
thee,
because
thou
sufferest
that
woman
Jezebel,
which
calleth
herself
a
prophetess,
to
teach
and
to
seduce
my
servants
to
commit
fornication,
and
to
eat
things
sacrificed
unto
idols.
21
And
I
gave
her
space
to
repent
of
her
fornication;
and
she
repented
not.
22
Behold,
I
will
cast
her
into
a
bed,
and
them
that
commit
adultery
with
her
into
great
tribulation,
except
they
repent
of
their
deeds.
23
And
I
will
kill
her
children
with
death;
and
all
the
churches
shall
know
that
I
am
he which
searcheth
the
reins
and
hearts:
and
I
will
give
unto
every
one
of
you according
to
your
works.
24
But
unto
you
I
say,
and
unto
the
rest
in
Thyatira,
as
many
as
have
not
this
doctrine,
and
which
have
not
known
the
depths
of
Satan,
as
they
speak;
I
will
put upon
you
none
other
burden.
25
But
that
which
ye
have
already
hold
fast
till
I
come.
26
And
he
that overcometh,
and
keepeth
my
works
unto
the
end,
to
him
will
I
give power
over
the
nations:
27
And
he
shall
rule
them
with
a
rod
of
iron;
as
the
vessels
of
a
potter
shall
they
be broken
to
shivers:
even
as
I
received
of
my
Father.
28
And
I
will
give
him
the
morning
star.
29
He
that
hath
an
ear,
let
him
hear
what
the
Spirit
saith
unto
the
churches.
(KJV)
YAHSHUA,
JESUS
CHRIST,
shall
still
retain
power
over
this
"rod
of
iron"
during
The LORD'S
DAY.
Satan
shall
be
locked
up
until
the
end
of
The
LORD'S
DAY
(the
millennium)
when
he is
released
for
"a
little
season".
Rev
20:1-3
1
And
I
saw
an
angel
come
down
from
heaven,
having
the
key
of
the
bottomless
pit and
a
great
chain
in
his
hand.
2
And
he
laid
hold
on
the
dragon,
that
old
serpent,
which
is
the
Devil,
