Jer
25:1-38
1
The
word
that
came
to
Jeremiah
concerning
all
the
people
of
Judah
in
the
fourth
year
of
Jehoiakim
the
son
of
Josiah
king
of
Judah,
that
was
the
first
year
of
Nebuchadrezzar
king
of
Babylon;
2
The
which
Jeremiah
the
prophet
spake
unto
all
the
people
of
Judah,
and
to
all
the
inhabitants
of
Jerusalem,
saying,
3
From
the
thirteenth
year
of
Josiah
the
son
of
Amon
king
of
Judah,
even
unto
this
day,
that
is
the
three
and
twentieth
year,
the
word
of
the
LORD
hath
come
unto
me,
and
I
have
spoken
unto
you,
rising
early
and
speaking;
but
ye
have
not
hearkened.
For
10
years
Jeremiah
gave
the
Word
of
The
LORD
unto
the
people
per
YHVH'S
task
set
before
HIM.
But,
the
people
did
not
listen,
learn,
nor
do
that
which
was
according
to
YHVH'S
Word.
Jer
25:
4
And
the
LORD
hath
sent
unto
you
all
his
servants
the
prophets,
rising
early
and
sending
them;
but
ye
have
not
hearkened,
nor
inclined
your
ear
to
hear.
And,
YHVH
set
tasks
before
"all
his
servants
the
prophets",
and
they
did
as
HE
instructed.
But,
still
yet,
the
children
refused
to
hear
YHVH'S
Truth,
much
less
to
do
according
to
HIS
Way
and
Word.
Jer
25:
5
They
said,
Turn
ye
again
now
every
one
from
his
evil
way,
and
from
the
evil
of
your
doings,
and
dwell
in
the
land
that
the
LORD
hath
given
unto
you
and
to
your
fathers
for
ever
and
ever:
6
And
go
not
after
other
gods
to
serve
them,
and
to
worship
them,
and
provoke
me
not
to
anger
with
the
works
of
your
hands;
and
I
will
do
you
no
hurt.
This
is
a
big
"IF"
as
we
saw
in
Zechariah.
"Turn
ye
again
now
every
one
from
his
evil
way,
and
from
the
evil
of
your
doings,
and
dwell
in
the
land
that
the
LORD
hath
given
unto
you
and
to
your
fathers
for
ever
and
ever:"
Zech
1:3
3
Therefore
say
thou
unto
them,
Thus
saith
the
LORD
of
hosts;
Turn
ye
unto
me,
saith
the
LORD
of
hosts,
and
I
will
turn
unto
you,
saith
the
LORD
of
hosts.
(KJV)
And,
another
big
"IF".
"And
go
not
after
other
gods
to
serve
them,
and
to
worship
them,
and
provoke
me
not
to
anger
with
the
works
of
your
hands;
and
I
will
do
you
no
hurt."
This
is
also
one
of
YHVH'S
Ten
Commandments,
in
fact
the
1st
Commandment.
Exod
20:2-3
2
I
am
the
LORD
thy
God,
which
have
brought
thee
out
of
the
land
of
Egypt,
out
of
the
house
of
bondage.
3
Thou
shalt
have
no
other
gods
before
me.
(KJV)
And,
it
entails
the
2nd
Commandment,
as
well.
Exod
20:4-6
4
Thou
shalt
not
make
unto
thee
any
graven
image,
or
any
likeness
of
any
thing
that
is
in
heaven
above,
or
that
is
in
the
earth
beneath,
or
that
is
in
the
water
under
the
earth:
5
Thou
shalt
not
bow
down
thyself
to
them,
nor
serve
them:
for
I
the
LORD
thy
God
am
a
jealous
God,
visiting
the
iniquity
of
the
fathers
upon
the
children
unto
the
third
and
fourth
generation
of
them
that
hate
me;
6
And
shewing
mercy
unto
thousands
of
them
that
love
me,
and
keep
my
commandments.
(KJV)
Jer
25:
7
Yet
ye
have
not
hearkened
unto
me,
saith
the
LORD;
that
ye
might
provoke
me
to
anger
with
the
works
of
your
hands
to
your
own
hurt.
But,
the
children
brought
about
their
"own
hurt"
through
the
evil
works
of
their
own
"hands".
And,
these
evil
works,
and
the
fact
that
the
children
of
Judah
were
tempting
YHVH,
did
anger
HIM.
Deut
6:12-19
12
Then
beware
lest
thou
forget
the
LORD,
which
brought
thee
forth
out
of
the
land
of
Egypt,
from
the
house
of
bondage.
13
Thou
shalt
fear
the
LORD
thy
God,
and
serve
him,
and
shalt
swear
by
his
name.
14
Ye
shall
not
go
after
other
gods,
of
the
gods
of
the
people
which
are
round
about
you;
15
(For
the
LORD
thy
God
is
a
jealous
God
among
you)
lest
the
anger
of
the
LORD
thy
God
be
kindled
against
thee,
and
destroy
thee
from
off
the
face
of
the
earth.
16
Ye
shall
not
tempt
the
LORD
your
God,
as
ye
tempted
him
in
Massah.
17
Ye
shall
diligently
keep
the
commandments
of
the
LORD
your
God,
and
his
testimonies,
and
his
statutes,
which
he
hath
commanded
thee.
18
And
thou
shalt
do
that
which
is
right
and
good
in
the
sight
of
the
LORD:
that
it
may
be
well
with
thee,
and
that
thou
mayest
go
in
and
possess
the
good
land
which
the
LORD
sware
unto
thy
fathers,
19
To
cast
out
all
thine
enemies
from
before
thee,
as
the
LORD
hath
spoken.
(KJV)
Matt
4:5-7
5
Then
the
devil
taketh
him
up
into
the
holy
city,
and
setteth
him
on
a
pinnacle
of
the
temple,
6
And
saith
unto
him,
If
thou
be
the
Son
of
God,
cast
thyself
down:
for
it
is
written,
He
shall
give
his
angels
charge
concerning
thee:
and
in
their
hands
they
shall
bear
thee
up,
lest
at
any
time
thou
dash
thy
foot
against
a
stone.
7
Jesus
said
unto
him,
It
is
written
again,
Thou
shalt
not
tempt
the
Lord
thy
God.
(KJV)
Jer
25:
8
Therefore
thus
saith
the
LORD
of
hosts;
Because
ye
have
not
heard
my
words,
9
Behold,
I
will
send
and
take
all
the
families
of
the
north,
saith
the
LORD,
and
Nebuchadrezzar
the
king
of
Babylon,
my
servant,
and
will
bring
them
against
this
land,
and
against
the
inhabitants
thereof,
and
against
all
these
nations
round
about,
and
will
utterly
destroy
them,
and
make
them
an
astonishment,
and
an
hissing,
and
perpetual
desolations.
"Behold,
I
will
send
and
take
all
the
families
of
the
north"
We
looked
at
this
word
"north"
in
Zechariah.
Again,
it
speaks
of
a
'dwelling
in
darkness
and
deception'.
This
word
"and"
utilized
within
"Behold,
I
will
send
and
take
all
the
families
of
the
north,
saith
the
LORD,
and
Nebuchadrezzar
the
king
of
Babylon"
is
not
a
simple
conjunction,
but
speaks
of
'unto'.
Therefore,
let
us
read
it
as
such:
'Behold,
I
will
send
and
take
all
the
families
of
the
north,
saith
the
LORD,
unto
Nebuchadrezzar
the
king
of
Babylon'.
This
specific
soul/spirit,
Nebuchadrezzar,
had
the
opportunity
to
do
that
which
right
and
good
in
a
change
of
heart.
But,
he
whom
Nebuchadrezzar
represents
today
does
not.
For,
the
ultimate
king
of
confusion
is
Satan
and
Satan's
unholy
spirit.
But,
YHVH
did
use
"Nebuchadrezzar
the
king
of
Babylon,
my
servant"
along
with
all
who
'dwell
in
darkness
and
deception'
who
were
brought
unto
Nebuchadrezzar
to
chastise
HIS
children
of
Judah.
And,
because
YHVH
used
Nebuchadrezzar
to
bring
these
things
about,
then
he
would
not
have
had
a
completely
free
will.
Jer
25:
10
Moreover
I
will
take
from
them
the
voice
of
mirth,
and
the
voice
of
gladness,
the
voice
of
the
bridegroom,
and
the
voice
of
the
bride,
the
sound
of
the
millstones,
and
the
light
of
the
candle.
What
are
these
which
FATHER
shall
take
from
HIS
disobedient
children
of
Judah?
"Moreover
I
will
take
from
them
the
voice
of
mirth"
This
"mirth"
speaks
of
feeling
cheerfully
welcome
in
a
place.
But,
the
voices
of
people
cheerfully
welcoming
the
children
of
Judah
shall
not
be
heard,
nor
spoken.
"and
the
voice
of
gladness"
This
"voice
of
gladness"
refers
to
'rejoicing'
in
the
religious
sense.
"the
voice
of
the
bridegroom"
This
speaks
of
the
voice
of
The
BRIDEGROOM,
The
HUSBAND,
The
LORD,
symbolically.
"and
the
voice
of
the
bride"
This
speaks
of
the
'Church/Assembly'
of
those
spiritually
united
with
YAHSHUA/YHVH
in
faith.
"the
sound
of
the
millstones"
Not
hearing
the
sound
of
the
"millstones"
grinding
was
prophetic
and
indicative
of
a
famine.
Nothing
to
grind,
therefore
no
sounds
coming
from
the
idle
grinding
apparatus.
"and
the
light
of
the
candle"
Without
The
Light,
one
is
in
darkness.
Gen
1:3-5
3
And
God
said,
Let
there
be
light:
and
there
was
light.
4
And
God
saw
the
light,
that
it
was
good:
and
God
divided
the
light
from
the
darkness.
5
And
God
called
the
light
Day,
and
the
darkness
he
called
Night.
And
the
evening
and
the
morning
were
the
first
day.
(KJV)
How
does
YHVH
accomplish
this?
HE
allowed
their
enemies,
who
had
taken
them
into
confusion,
take
these
from
them.
This
is
very
prophetic
for
this
present
day
and
the
very
near
future.
And,
it
has
been
coming
about
for
a
very
long
time...a
generation
of
70
years.
YHVH'S
servants,
YAHSHUA'S
friends,
do
hear
HIS
Voice/HIS
Word.
We
do
see
HIS
Light
which
shines
brightly
for
all
who
know
and
love
HIM.
The
famine
for
The
Word
does
not
affect
those
who
have
stored
HIS
Word
in
their
minds.
Jer
25:
11
And
this
whole
land
shall
be
a
desolation,
and
an
astonishment;
and
these
nations
shall
serve
the
king
of
Babylon
seventy
years.
For
70
years,
the
people
of
Judah
and
their
nations
were
made
to
serve
the
"king
of
Babylon".
The
number
"seventy"
speaks
of
'Universality'
and/or
'Israel
and
her
Restoration'.
But,
before
all
twelve
tribes
of
Israel
can
be
restored,
Judah
(and
the
rest
of
the
world)
must
suffer
that
which
they had
brought
upon
themselves
through
their
disobedience
to
YHVH.
There
have
been
certain
events,
which
have
occurred
in
this
final
generation,
that
we
have
need
to
consider
in
regard
to
the
final
"seventy
years".
***see
the
'History'
addendum***
We
should
understand
also
that
whatever
affects
Judah
today,
also
affects
the
other
tribes
of
Israel
and
the
rest
of
the
world.
Jer
25:
12
And
it
shall
come
to
pass,
when
seventy
years
are
accomplished,
that
I
will
punish
the
king
of
Babylon,
and
that
nation,
saith
the
LORD,
for
their
iniquity,
and
the
land
of
the
Chaldeans,
and
will
make
it
perpetual
desolations.
"perpetual
desolations"
speaks
of
being
brought
to
utter
destruction
for
all
times
thereafter.
This
also
speaks
of
prophesy,
that
which
is
yet
to
come.
The
ultimate
'king
of
confusion'
is
Satan;
and
"that
nation"
speaks
of
a
certain
people/tribe,
specifically
those
who
had
worked
their
way
into
Judah,
pretending
to
be
of
Judah,
but
are
Kenites.
The
"land
of
the
Chaldeans"
speaks
of
where
the
children
of
Judah
had
been
deported,
and
today
is the
land
we
presently
call
Iraq
(specifically
Bagdad,
formerly
the
city
of
Ur).
Ur's
glory
was
suddenly
destroyed
about
1900
B.
C.
Foreigners
stormed
down
from
the
surrounding
hills
and
captured
the
reigning
king,
reducing
the
city
to
ruins.
So
complete
was
the
destruction
that
the
city
was
buried
in
oblivion
until
it
was
excavated
centuries
later
by
archaeologists.

Jer
25:
13
And
I
will
bring
upon
that
land
all
my
words
which
I
have
pronounced
against
it,
even
all
that
is
written
in
this
book,
which
Jeremiah
hath
prophesied
against
all
the
nations.
14
For
many
nations
and
great
kings
shall
serve
themselves
of
them
also:
and
I
will
recompense
them
according
to
their
deeds,
and
according
to
the
works
of
their
own
hands.
Throughout
our
history,
we
have
seen
these
nations,
and
that
which
FATHER
said
would
happen
to
them.
There
is
no
new
thing
under
the
sun.
And,
it
is
happening
again.
These
'nations'
(peoples
and
their
governments)
are
doing
as
FATHER
has
told
us
they
would
do.
The
finale
of
all
this
shall
begin
again
when
Satan's
government
(image)
is
set
up
in
Jerusalem.
And,
when
Satan,
himself,
comes,
all
who
know
not
YHVH'S
Word
of
Truth
in
their
hearts,
shall
be
taken
completely
into
the
confusion
of
the
ultimate
"king
of
Babylon".
But,
this
ultimate
evil
government
(one
world
government)
of
this
"king
of
Babylon"
shall
be
destroyed,
made
a "perpetual
desolation",
never
to
rise
up
again.
We
can
see
this
spoken
of
in
Revelations.
Rev
19:20
20
And
the
beast
was
taken,
and
with
him
the
false
prophet
that
wrought
miracles
before
him,
with
which
he
deceived
them
that
had
received
the
mark
of
the
beast,
and
them
that
worshipped
his
image.
These
both
were
cast
alive
into
a
lake
of
fire
burning
with
brimstone.
(KJV)
The
"beast"
speaks
of
Satan's
government.
The
"false
prophet"
speaks
of
the
disguise
of
Satan's
most
evil
unholy
spirit.
Jer
25:
15
For
thus
saith
the
LORD
God
of
Israel
unto
me;
Take
the
wine
cup
of
this
fury
at
my
hand,
and
cause
all
the
nations,
to
whom
I
send
thee,
to
drink
it.
16
And
they
shall
drink,
and
be
moved,
and
be
mad,
because
of
the
sword
that
I
will
send
among
them.
17
Then
took
I
the
cup
at
the
LORD's
hand,

made
all
the

to

whom
the

me:

the

the

thereof,
to
make
them
a
desolation,
an
astonishment,
an
hissing,
and
a
curse;
as
it
is
this
day;

Pharaoh
king

and
his

and
his

and
all
his

king
of
bondage
is

by
this

and
all
of

had
been
in
that
bondage
for
430

All
the

the

from
YHVH.

this
wrath

his
mark
in
his
forehead,
or
in
his
hand,
10
The
same
shall
drink
of
the
wine
of
the
wrath
of
God,
which
is
poured
out
without
mixture
into
the
cup
of
his
indignation;
and
he
shall
be
tormented
with
fire
and
brimstone
in
the
presence
of
the
holy
angels,
and
in
the
presence
of
the
Lamb:
11
And
the
smoke
of
their
torment
ascendeth
up
for
ever
and
ever:
and
they
have
no
rest
day
nor
night,
who
worship
the
beast
and
his
image,
and
whosoever
receiveth
the
mark
of
his
name.
12
Here
is
the
patience
of
the
saints:
here
are
they
that
keep
the
commandments
of
God,
and
the
faith
of
Jesus.
(KJV)
Rev
16:1-21
1
And
I
heard
a
great
voice
out
of
the
temple
saying
to
the
seven
angels,
Go
your
ways,
and
pour
out
the
vials
of
the
wrath
of
God
upon
the
earth.
2
And
the
first
went,
and
poured
out
his
vial
upon
the
earth;
and
there
fell
a
noisome
and
grievous
sore
upon
the
men
which
had
the
mark
of
the
beast,
and
upon
them
which
worshipped
his
image.
3
And
the
second
angel
poured
out
his
vial
upon
the
sea;
and
it
became
as
the
blood
of
a
dead
man:
and
every
living
soul
died
in
the
sea.
4
And
the
third
angel
poured
out
his
vial
upon
the
rivers
and
fountains
of
waters;
and
they
became
blood.
5
And
I
heard
the
angel
of
the
waters
say,
Thou
art
righteous,
O
Lord,
which
art,
and
wast,
and
shalt
be,
because
thou
hast
judged
thus.
6
For
they
have
shed
the
blood
of
saints
and
prophets,
and
thou
hast
given
them
blood
to
drink;
for
they
are
worthy.
7
And
I
heard
another
out
of
the
altar
say,
Even
so,
Lord
God
Almighty,
true
and
righteous
are
thy
judgments.
8
And
the
fourth
angel
poured
out
his
vial
upon
the
sun;
and
power
was
given
unto
him
to
scorch
men
with
fire.
9
And
men
were
scorched
with
great
heat,
and
blasphemed
the
name
of
God,
which
hath
power
over
these
plagues:
and
they
repented
not
to
give
him
glory.
10
And
the
fifth
angel
poured
out
his
vial
upon
the
seat
of
the
beast;
and
his
kingdom
was
full
of
darkness;
and
they
gnawed
their
tongues
for
pain,
11
And
blasphemed
the
God
of
heaven
because
of
their
pains
and
their
sores,
and
repented
not
of
their
deeds.
12
And
the
sixth
angel
poured
out
his
vial
upon
the
great
river
Euphrates;
and
the
water
thereof
was
dried
up,
that
the
way
of
the
kings
of
the
east
might
be
prepared.
13
And
I
saw
three
unclean
spirits
like
frogs
come
out
of
the
mouth
of
the
dragon,
and
out
of
the
mouth
of
the
beast,
and
out
of
the
mouth
of
the
false
prophet.
14
For
they
are
the
spirits
of
devils,
working
miracles,
which
go
forth
unto
the
kings
of
the
earth
and
of
the
whole
world,
to
gather
them
to
the
battle
of
that
great
day
of
God
Almighty.
15
Behold,
I
come
as
a
thief.
Blessed
is
he
that
watcheth,
and
keepeth
his
garments,
lest
he
walk
naked,
and
they
see
his
shame.
16
And
he
gathered
them
together
into
a
place
called
in
the
Hebrew
tongue
Armageddon.
17
And
the
seventh
angel
poured
out
his
vial
into
the
air;
and
there
came
a
great
voice
out
of
the
temple
of
heaven,
from
the
throne,
saying,
It
is
done.
18
And
there
were
voices,
and
thunders,
and
lightnings;
and
there
was
a
great
earthquake,
such
as
was
not
since
men
were
upon
the
earth,
so
mighty
an
earthquake,
and
so
great.
19
And
the
great
city
was
divided
into
three
parts,
and
the
cities
of
the
nations
fell:
and
great
Babylon
came
in
remembrance
before
God,
to
give
unto
her
the
cup
of
the
wine
of
the
fierceness
of
his
wrath.
20
And
every
island
fled
away,
and
the
mountains
were
not
found.
21
And
there
fell
upon
men
a
great
hail
out
of
heaven,
every
stone
about
the
weight
of
a
talent:
and
men
blasphemed
God
because
of
the
plague
of
the
hail;
for
the
plague
thereof
was
exceeding
great.
(KJV)
Jer
25:
27
Therefore
thou
shalt
say
unto
them,
Thus
saith
the
LORD
of
hosts,
the
God
of
Israel;
Drink
ye,
and
be
drunken,
and
spue,
and
fall,
and
rise
no
more,
because
of
the
sword
which
I
will
send
among
you.
28
And
it
shall
be,
if
they
refuse
to
take
the
cup
at
thine
hand
to
drink,
then
shalt
thou
say
unto
them,
Thus
saith
the
LORD
of
hosts;
Ye
shall
certainly
drink.
29
For,
lo,
I
begin
to
bring
evil
on
the
city
which
is
called
by
my
name,
and
should
ye
be
utterly
unpunished?
Ye
shall
not
be
unpunished:
for
I
will
call
for
a
sword
upon
all
the
inhabitants
of
the
earth,
saith
the
LORD
of
hosts.
30
Therefore
prophesy
thou
against
them
all
these
words,
and
say
unto
them,
The
LORD
shall
roar
from
on
high,
and
utter
his
voice
from
his
holy
habitation;
he
shall
mightily
roar
upon
his
habitation;
he
shall
give
a
shout,
as
they
that
tread
the
grapes,
against
all
the
inhabitants
of
the
earth.
31
A
noise
shall
come
even
to
the
ends
of
the
earth;
for
the
LORD
hath
a
controversy
with
the
nations,
he
will
plead
with
all
flesh;
he
will
give
them
that
are
wicked
to
the
sword,
saith
the
LORD.
32
Thus
saith
the
LORD
of
hosts,
Behold,
evil
shall
go
forth
from
nation
to
nation,
and
a
great
whirlwind
shall
be
raised
up
from
the
coasts
of
the
earth.
33
And
the
slain
of
the
LORD
shall
be
at
that
day
from
one
end
of
the
earth
even
unto
the
other
end
of
the
earth:
they
shall
not
be
lamented,
neither
gathered,
nor
buried;
they
shall
be
dung
upon
the
ground.
34
Howl,
ye
shepherds,
and
cry;
and
wallow
yourselves
in
the
ashes,
ye
principal
of
the
flock:
for
the
days
of
your
slaughter
and
of
your
dispersions
are
accomplished;
and
ye
shall
fall
like
a
pleasant
vessel.
35
And
the
shepherds
shall
have
no
way
to
flee,
nor
the
principal
of
the
flock
to
escape.
36
A
voice
of
the
cry
of
the
shepherds,
and
an
howling
of
the
principal
of
the
flock,
shall
be
heard:
for
the
LORD
hath
spoiled
their
pasture.
37
And
the
peaceable
habitations
are
cut
down
because
of
the
fierce
anger
of
the
LORD.
38
He
hath
forsaken
his
covert,
as
the
lion:
for
their
land
is
desolate
because
of
the
fierceness
of
the
oppressor,
and
because
of
his
fierce
anger.
