Zech
2:1-13
1
I
lifted
up
mine
eyes
again,
and
looked,
and
behold
a
man
with
a
measuring
line
in
his
hand.
We
were
told
us
this
"line"
in
chapter
1,
verse
16.
2
Then
said
I,
Whither
goest
thou?
And
he
said
unto
me,
To
measure
Jerusalem,
to
see
what
is
the
breadth
thereof,
and
what
is
the
length
thereof.
Now,
this
one
is
not
measuring
a
land
mass.
What
we
need
to
look
at
is
the
meaning,
the
actual
translation,
of
the
name
Jerusalem.
Jerusalem
means
"the
teaching
of
peace".
So,
he
is
going
to
assess
just
where
we
are
at
this
time
as
to
the
"the
teaching
of
peace".
Is
the
teaching
of
the
True
Peace,
which
only
is
through
YAHSHUA,
JESUS
CHRIST,
within
1%
of
the
world? or,
100%?
or,
somewhere
in
between?
Well,
we
know
that
the
whole
world
has
not
yet
heard
nor
live
by
HIS
Word.
Neither
is
the
whole
world
living
nor
teaching
peace.
3
And,
behold,
the
angel
that
talked
with
me
went
forth,
and
another
angel
went
out
to
meet
him,
4
And
said
unto
him,
Run,
speak
to
this
young
man,
saying,
Jerusalem
shall
be
inhabited
as
towns
without
walls
for
the
multitude
of
men
and
cattle
therein:
Note
that
this
is
a
young
man,
a
youth,
therefore
one
that
is
not
yet
mature.
Many
who
are
not
yet
mature
have
a
tendency
to
think
of
the
literal/physical
aspects
without
considering
the
spiritual
aspect.
For,
Jerusalem
need
not
be,
and
can
not
truly
be
measured
by
flesh
man,
but
the
'teaching
of
peace',
the teaching
of
YAHSHUA,
JESUS
CHRIST,
can
only
be
measured
by
YHVH,
for
HE
knows
the
hearts
of
all
men.
There
is
no
way
that
man
can
build
a
wall
around
the
'teaching
of
peace'.
But,
those
who
shall
abide/dwell
within
the
teaching
of
peace
shall
be
likened
unto
communities
without
need
of
man's
walls.
5
For
I,
saith
the
LORD,
will
be
unto
her
a
wall
of
fire
round
about,
and
will
be
the
glory
in
the
midst
of
her.
Who
is
our
Wall?
YHVH
is
the
protection
that
surrounds
those
who
teach
HIS
Peace,
according
to
HIS
Plan.
And,
as
a
wall
of
fire,
all
who
unlawfully
try
to
enter
shall
be
destroyed
by
HIM.
And,
HIS
Glory
shall
be
within
the
midst
of
Jerusalem.
6
Ho,
ho,
come
forth,
and
flee
from
the
land
of
the
north,
saith
the
LORD:
for
I
have
spread
you
abroad
as
the
four
winds
of
the
heaven,
saith
the
LORD.
We
may
want
to
look
at
this
verse
more
as,
'Woe!
Woe!
Flee
from
the
land
of
the
north,
saith
YHVH.
For
I
have
caused
you
to
be
scattered'.
Likened
unto
the
four
winds
which
blow
in
every
direction,
and
HE
has
scattered
HIS
servants
and
the
children
of
Israel
in
every
direction.
This
word
"north"
is
the
Hebrew
word
tsaapown,
and
refers
to
'that
which
is
dark,
hidden,
lurking'.
So,
HE
is
telling
us
to
come
out
of
that
darkness
and
deception,
and
come
into
'the
teaching
of
peace',
the
teaching
of
YAHSHUA.
7
Deliver
thyself,
O
Zion,
that
dwellest
with
the
daughter
of
Babylon.
"Zion"
speaks
of
the
mountain
of
Jerusalem,
which
spiritually
would
refer
to
the
nation/government
of
Jerusalem.
HE
is
telling
those
of
the
nation/government
of
Jerusalem
to
escape,
saving
themselves,
from
the
"daughter
of
Babylon".
This
"daughter
of
Babylon"
speaks
of
the
city/nation/government
of
confusion.
8
For
thus
saith
the
LORD
of
hosts;
After
the
glory
hath
he
sent
me
unto
the
nations
which
spoiled
you:
for
he
that
toucheth
you
toucheth
the
apple
of
his
eye.
What
have
the
nations/heathen
done
unto
scattered
Israel?
They
have
plunder
much
of
that
which
FATHER
gave
unto
us.
Even
taking
away
our
goodly
traditions,
leaving
their
evil
traditions
in
place
of
YHVH'S.
And,
many
have
placed
those
of
Israel
into
spiritual/religious,
economic,
educational,
and
governmental
bondage.
FATHER
will
not
stand
for
this,
for
as
others
do
harm
unto
Israel,
it
is
as
if
they
are
poking
YHVH
in
HIS
eye.
9
For,
behold,
I
will
shake
mine
hand
upon
them,
and
they
shall
be
a
spoil
to
their
servants:
and
ye
shall
know
that
the
LORD
of
hosts
hath
sent
me.
FATHER'S
hand
speaks
of
HIS
Power.
And,
by
HIS
Hand/Power,
these
who
had
spoiled
and
put
into
bondage
Israel,
shall
become
a
booty
unto
Israel.
10
Sing
and
rejoice,
O
daughter
of
Zion:
for,
lo,
I
come,
and
I
will
dwell
in
the
midst
of
thee,
saith
the
LORD.
Sing
praise
and
rejoice,
daughters
(no
gender,
spiritually
speaking)
of
Jerusalem.
For
YHVH/YAHSHUA
shall
dwell
with
us
and
within
us.
11
And
many
nations
shall
be
joined
to
the
LORD
in
that
day,
and
shall
be
my
people:
and
I
will
dwell
in
the
midst
of
thee,
and
thou
shalt
know
that
the
LORD
of
hosts
hath
sent
me
unto
thee.
On
the
first
of
The
LORD'S
DAY,
many
nations
(Ethnos)
shall
be
joined
unto
YAHSHUA.
These,
too,
shall
be
HIS.
And,
HE
will
dwell
in
the
midst
of
these,
also.
Rom
11:1-36
1
I
say
then,
Hath
God
cast
away
his
people?
God
forbid.
For
I
also
am
an
Israelite,
of
the
seed
of
Abraham,
of
the
tribe
of
Benjamin.
2
God
hath
not
cast
away
his
people
which
he
foreknew.
Wot
ye
not
what
the
scripture
saith
of
Elias?
how
he
maketh
intercession
to
God
against
Israel,
saying,
3
Lord,
they
have
killed
thy
prophets,
and
digged
down
thine
altars;
and
I
am
left
alone,
and
they
seek
my
life.
4
But
what
saith
the
answer
of
God
unto
him?
I
have
reserved
to
myself
seven
thousand
men,
who
have
not
bowed
the
knee
to
the
image
of
Baal.
5
Even
so
then
at
this
present
time
also
there
is
a
remnant
according
to
the
election
of
grace.
6
And
if
by
grace,
then
is
it
no
more
of
works:
otherwise
grace
is
no
more
grace.
But
if
it
be
of
works,
then
is
it
no
more
grace:
otherwise
work
is
no
more
work.
7
What
then?
Israel
hath
not
obtained
that
which
he
seeketh
for;
but
the
election
hath
obtained
it,
and
the
rest
were
blinded
8
(According
as
it
is
written,
God
hath
given
them
the
spirit
of
slumber,
eyes
that
they
should
not
see,
and
ears
that
they
should
not
hear;)
unto
this
day.
9
And
David
saith,
Let
their
table
be
made
a
snare,
and
a
trap,
and
a
stumblingblock,
and
a
recompence
unto
them:
10
Let
their
eyes
be
darkened,
that
they
may
not
see,
and
bow
down
their
back
alway.
11
I
say
then,
Have
they
stumbled
that
they
should
fall?
God
forbid:
but
rather
through
their
fall
salvation
is
come
unto
the
Gentiles,
for
to
provoke
them
to
jealousy.
12
Now
if
the
fall
of
them
be
the
riches
of
the
world,
and
the
diminishing
of
them
the
riches
of
the
Gentiles;
how
much
more
their
fulness?
13
For
I
speak
to
you
Gentiles,
inasmuch
as
I
am
the
apostle
of
the
Gentiles,
I
magnify
mine
office:
14
If
by
any
means
I
may
provoke
to
emulation
them
which
are
my
flesh,
and
might
save
some
of
them.
15
For
if
the
casting
away
of
them
be
the
reconciling
of
the
world,
what
shall
the
receiving
of
them
be,
but
life
from
the
dead?
16
For
if
the
firstfruit
be
holy,
the
lump
is
also
holy:
and
if
the
root
be
holy,
so
are
the
branches.
17
And
if
some
of
the
branches
be
broken
off,
and
thou,
being
a
wild
olive
tree,
wert
graffed
in
among
them,
and
with
them
partakest
of
the
root
and
fatness
of
the
olive
tree;
18
Boast
not
against
the
branches.
But
if
thou
boast,
thou
bearest
not
the
root,
but
the
root
thee.
19
Thou
wilt
say
then,
The
branches
were
broken
off,
that
I
might
be
graffed
in.
20
Well;
because
of
unbelief
they
were
broken
off,
and
thou
standest
by
faith.
Be
not
highminded,
but
fear:
21
For
if
God
spared
not
the
natural
branches,
take
heed
lest
he
also
spare
not
thee.
22
Behold
therefore
the
goodness
and
severity
of
God:
on
them
which
fell,
severity;
but
toward
thee,
goodness,
if
thou
continue
in
his
goodness:
otherwise
thou
also
shalt
be
cut
off.
23
And
they
also,
if
they
abide
not
still
in
unbelief,
shall
be
graffed
in:
for
God
is
able
to
graff
them
in
again.
24
For
if
thou
wert
cut
out
of
the
olive
tree
which
is
wild
by
nature,
and
wert
graffed
contrary
to
nature
into
a
good
olive
tree:
how
much
more
shall
these,
which
be
the
natural
branches,
be
graffed
into
their
own
olive
tree?
25
For
I
would
not,
brethren,
that
ye
should
be
ignorant
of
this
mystery,
lest
ye
should
be
wise
in
your
own
conceits;
that
blindness
in
part
is
happened
to
Israel,
until
the
fulness
of
the
Gentiles
be
come
in.
26
And
so
all
Israel
shall
be
saved:
as
it
is
written,
There
shall
come
out
of
Sion
the
Deliverer,
and
shall
turn
away
ungodliness
from
Jacob:
27
For
this
is
my
covenant
unto
them,
when
I
shall
take
away
their
sins.
28
As
concerning
the
gospel,
they
are
enemies
for
your
sakes:
but
as
touching
the
election,
they
are
beloved
for
the
fathers'
sakes.
29
For
the
gifts
and
calling
of
God
are
without
repentance.
30
For
as
ye
in
times
past
have
not
believed
God,
yet
have
now
obtained
mercy
through
their
unbelief:
31
Even
so
have
these
also
now
not
believed,
that
through
your
mercy
they
also
may
obtain
mercy.
32
For
God
hath
concluded
them
all
in
unbelief,
that
he
might
have
mercy
upon
all.
33
O
the
depth
of
the
riches
both
of
the
wisdom
and
knowledge
of
God!
how
unsearchable
are
his
judgments,
and
his
ways
past
finding
out!
34
For
who
hath
known
the
mind
of
the
Lord?
or
who
hath
been
his
counsellor?
35
Or
who
hath
first
given
to
him,
and
it
shall
be
recompensed
unto
him
again?
36
For
of
him,
and
through
him,
and
to
him,
are
all
things:
to
whom
be
glory
for
ever.
Amen.
(KJV)
Zech
2:
12
And
the
LORD
shall
inherit
Judah
his
portion
in
the
holy
land,
and
shall
choose
Jerusalem
again.
YAHSHUA
shall
distribute
Judah's
portion
in
the
"holy
land"
and
shall
appoint
and
require
the
'teaching
of
Peace'
again.
13
Be
silent,
O
all
flesh,
before
the
LORD:
for
he
is
raised
up
out
of
his
holy
habitation.
(KJV)
All
earthly
flesh
shall
be
silenced,
as
YAHSHUA
returns.
1
Cor
15:52-56
52
In
a
moment,
in
the
twinkling
of
an
eye,
at
the
last
trump:
for
the
trumpet
shall
sound,
and
the
dead
shall
be
raised
incorruptible,
and
we
shall
be
changed.
53
For
this
corruptible
must
put
on
incorruption,
and
this
mortal
must
put
on
immortality.
54
So
when
this
corruptible
shall
have
put
on
incorruption,
and
this
mortal
shall
have
put
on
immortality,
then
shall
be
brought
to
pass
the
saying
that
is
written,
Death
is
swallowed
up
in
victory.
55
O
death,
where
is
thy
sting?
O
grave,
where
is
thy
victory?
56
The
sting
of
death
is
sin;
and
the
strength
of
sin
is
the
law.
